Stopped on the way through for some ice cream. Surprised to see that they offer a 1lb ice cream cone. I could not help ordering it. Surprised and enjoyed the experience as the ice cream stayed pretty cold as we sat in the sun to eat it. Gave only 4 stars as there was only one person running the place and it was busy. The guy did a great job though. Suggest parking on the street. The place could use some umbrellas for shade. They do have a unique selection of treats.

I love this place! Only one person is working there at one time, but this guy is meticulous about his creations, He makes the best banana splits. Thanks. Two Thumbs Way Way Up!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Love the ice cream, we go every year when we come to visit. It's always been 5 stars. Only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because they are supposed to open at noon and twice the same lady was almost a half hour late arriving to open

Ice cream treats are awesome. Prices are reasonable and portions are huge. I would give 5 stars, but there is no shade. They could use a few umbrellas or something like that.

Used to be a family favorite ice cream place for years! But recently this year I have been pretty disappointed in the quality of the items I have received. The first time I went my flurry was barely mixed and contained almost no toppings and was missing one. The second time and third time our hot fudge and caramel sundaes had way too much sauce in them. Extra is always awesome but when it’s more sauce than ice cream it’s too much. About 1/3 of the cups would be full of just caramel. Kinda disappointed and probably won’t be coming back very often.

Personally, I love this location because of its positive staff members! Everything is quick, and always done right! The younger staff members are always the ones to make you smile! My son ordered a vanilla cone with sprinkles, and one of the teens put a face on it! He was so excited, and said he wanted that every time. 5 stars, best ice cream parlor!

Briq's is a summer staple in my hometown. All of the ice cream treats I've gotten have been tasty and served with a smile. As others have noted, it would be nice to have a little shade for the days when the sun is really beating down. But I can't complain at all about the service or the quality of the treats. Well worth a stop if you're in Mosinee on a hot day!

With the years I've lived in mosinee, I started to get used to Briq's whenever I was in town, Always wanting to get some ice cream. I remember in school sometimes we would be able to get some of Briq's delicious ice cream! With that, this place will always have a place in my heart and I'll be able to tell some wonderful stories of getting ice cream from here. Plus, I think there should be a mystery ice cream for those who want to have something new! Though, even though I'm not able to always get ice cream here, it is one of my top favorites!
