I was so surprised to see 2 one star ratings for this Brooks-brothers outlet store. We have shopped there many years and have never experienced anything but friendly professional service. They have always gone out of their way to check other locations and order items if they did not have our size.

We were just there yesterday bought 3 items - one from the store and 2 more coming in the mail.

We love the store and we love the staff.

The staff couldn't be friendlier and they know their products. Very good deals on so many items and the staff lets you know when the best deals are upcoming. Love shopping there, especially since I just got a $60,00 Rewards Card in the mail today to use for the holidays.

Every-single-time I have been in there, they have given me an attitude. I'm from NY and I have never deal with such 'bougsie' attitudes from an outlet store. I have to go in there because it's my fiances favorite store, guarantee I will be met with attitude when I tell them I have an extra 15% off through work, and get dirty looks. I'm pretty sure they are hourly and unaffected by an additional discount. So it doesn't make sense. The only time the manager eased up was when she said, "Oh you've been here quite a few times and I see you have had a discount." Implying she thought I was lying about my 15% discount and surprised I've dropped almost a grand here despite the poor customer service. Please stop being so cold and rude to loyal customers. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Treat the customer who has 0 credit and the customer who has a Chase Freedom card the same. I work in sales and that's what puts you ahead of the game.Thanks!

Bought a suit here, one of the best customer experiences I've had. Admittedly, I did not try on a suit I had from high school before attending our friends wedding. 1 hour before the ceremony, I threw on my child sized suit to find that covid had not been kind to my body.

I immediately drove to this brooks brothers and ran inside. The gentleman inside asked how he could help, and I replied "I need a suit, and I've got 20 minutes."

From there, he walked me through the entire process from start to finish. While I was looking in the mirror thinking "this will do," he genuinely continued to match my exact fit to make sure this snap purchase was an investment.

All in all, fantastic experience. This store, and this gentlemen saved a world of headaches on my side. Absolutely recommend!!!
