I've never written a review before, so the fact that the service here made me do so is very telling.

The lady, who I think is the owner, was very disrespectful and mocked my preference when I told her what I wanted. This made me extremely uncomfortable the entire time. She even got offended when I said I didn't like the results. I've never had such a negative experience at a hair salon before.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Other reviews reported unpleasant experience too, and I can vouch for them. I'm never coming here again.

I would say stay away from the owner and don’t let her touch your hair. She does random cuts and my left and my right isn’t even. She cut my hair 5 minutes and blow dry your done. Didn’t even ask if I like my hair.

Poor customer service. I asked for a simple blunt one-length haircut. When the guy dried it after the haircut, the right side was significantly longer. I said something to him (multiple times) and he kept cutting the already shorter side. He then gets frustrated and starts laughing and speaking in another language to the staff while Janet is trying to fix it. My haircut is way shorter than what I wanted and is still uneven. Janet then tells me it can’t be one length because “that’s how it is.” Janet then tells me that my now haircut is uneven because of my previous haircut and asks me if I did it myself. WOW. I didn’t come here to be gaslit, just wanted a simple blunt cut.

Honestly don’t count out these guys. It’s definitely a no frills kinda place, but I chopped off my long hair here and got a bob for $25 and it was fantastic. One of the best cuts I’ve gotten. The male hairdresser did it and he was fantastic. Showed a Pinterest photo and gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend if you just want a solid cut on a budget.

I always come here to get my nails done by Lee and Quin and they are so lovely. They take their time! My nails always look fabulous. The massage and exfoliation is so relaxing. Highly recommend.

Janet was so amazing. She made sure the hair color they had available matched the photo I brought in by showing me her color book and having me okay the color swatch before we got started. She was so nice and easy to talk to, she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. I will 100% be back next time I need my hair colored!
