The rental spaces at 80 Garden Center are really beautiful and cozy, perfect for therapists. As a therapist starting a new practice, I loved the opportunity to rent by the hour and to share a building with so many other clinicians. The monthly lunch presentations are wonderful ways to learn and also provide networking opportunities amongst the clinicians who attend. The software system to book days/rooms for clients is so simple, and the owner, Jay Buster, is incredibly kind and supportive. I highly recommend this space for any therapist who is wanting a place to start their private practice journey.

Beautiful offices spaces! My experience with Broomfield Wellness has been above 5 stars. Sound proof walls and updated interior with multiple ways to connect devices. There are a lot of perks with client check-in kiosk, online booking, and clean and quiet waiting areas. If you're looking to build a professional business, this is the place. It's affordable and the management (Jay) has gone above and beyond to ensure everyone has what they need and is satisfied. I will be back!

Rentable office spaces. I think the exact office varies based on availability. They are furnished and comfortable. The one I was in had a desk, a cushioned chair, end table with digital clock and a faux leather couch with some throw pillows. Very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing wall art. The spaces are clean, code locks on the doors, well maintained. There are several single room restrooms and they are clean, with a door hook and sink side table. Great space for parking and a smoking area out front and off to the side with a picnic table and ash tray.

I recently moved out of my suite at 80 Garden Center due to a change in work focus, but I would stay there indefinitely if I had the choice. The professional community is warm, inclusive, and helpful.
Jay is the kind of owner/manager you have to meet to believe. What you see is truly what you get with him, and the building and facilities reflect his commitment to fostering a safe, comfortable work environment for everyone.
Rent prices and market-based increases are more than fair. Happy I had the chance to office here.

I have been a tenant for several years and have had a very positive experience! The building is well maintained, clean and well-lighted. Most offices have large windows that let in natural light. There are many nice extras, such as a large break room with comfortable seating (and really good coffee!) plus conference rooms that are available to all tenants at no cost. Jay is a great landlord who shows pride in his property and is readily available and responsive if needed.

It has been my pleasure to have been renting space at 80 Garden Center since 2017 and look forward to many more years in this building. Jay, the landlord, is very responsive and is continually making upgrades and adjustments based on the needs of the renters. He has upgraded the kitchen and lounge areas, added touches to the waiting areas to make them more comfortable, and has recently upgraded the shared office spaces. The pride Jay takes in maintaining the building and his joyful presence resonates throughout the building and makes this a wonderful location for my business.

I have had the good fortunate of being a tenant in this building for several years. Besides the great location to access many local areas, Jay has kept this building in great shape, making it a highly comfortable space to work from. I have enjoyed two office locations in this building, each having good natural lighting and ventilation. Jay is highly attentive to tenants and responds quickly to any needs in the building. I very much appreciate the well kept break room and free coffee. The building has 2 conference rooms spaces as well, which have been great meeting spaces. This is a great location to work from.

I've been a tenant in this building for six years. It's a great value. The convenient location allows me to draw clients from Boulder, North Denver and Arvada, in addition to the surrounding area. There are so many pluses, including the affordable rental rates, to the upgraded and contemporary interior, the cleanliness and quiet of the building , and the ease of parking. Owner Jay is responsive and easy to work with. This is an excellent location for any small business.
