I had my eyebrows done by Jamie at Brows by Jamie four years ago, paying $600 with the understanding that a touch-up would be an additional $200. A year or two after the appointment, I reached out to ask if I needed the touch-up, and Jamie told me I didn’t at that time. When I contacted her again 1 year later, ready to finally book the touch-up I had already budgeted for, she told me the new price was $400.

I understand prices can increase over time, but I was quoted $200 and planned accordingly. Jamie telling me to wait, only to later double the price, felt dishonest. When I reminded her of our original agreement, her response was dismissive—“Girl, that was four years ago.” That kind of tone and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially in a service-based business.

In my experience, Jamie does not honor her word or value long-term client relationships. She seems more focused on volume than on quality and integrity. I would not recommend her to others.

Mind you came came to her when she only had a year experience. You would think being loyal she would treat her clients better.

I started seeing Jamie following a recommendation by a fellow worker, who spoke very highly of the work that Jamie did! I was so tired of “filling in” my eyebrows and decided that having them tattooed was my next option. What a great decision that was!!! After getting my eyebrows tattooed and absolutely loving the work that Jamie did, I went ahead and had permanent eyeliner done, my lips tattooed, and finally, my lower eyeliner done.
Jamie is truly an artist! She not only does excellent work but also takes the time to make sure her customers are comfortable, well informed of the procedures, costs and after care…but most of all, SATISFIED!!!
Jamie has definitely become my “person“ when it comes to permanent make-up. Even though I’ve done my last procedure with her, I’ll continue to be a very loyal client and know that I can always count on her to respond quickly if I have any questions or concerns or need a touch up!
I highly recommend “Brows by Jamie”!!! She’s amazing at what she does and as a person, who really cares about her clients!!!

Jamie is truly the best!!!
My daughter had her brows done and they were so beautiful, it made me want mine done too. I had no idea the difference it would make with my appearance. Jamie new just what to do and how to do it. She knows how to work with aging skin and how to compliment your features without making it look fake. I loved my brows so much, I had her do my lips. Once again Jamie did a fantastic job!!!!! It has been more than a year and I still occasionally send Jamie a text to thank her. If you are feeling like your looking old, go see Jamie. She will improve your looks and you will be amazed with her awesome talent.

Jamie is very good at attention in detail. She took her time made me feel comfortable and also went over any questions that I had prior to starting eyeliner tattooing. I had previously had my eyeliner done elsewhere and I had a not so good experience walking out after seeing Jamie I felt confident and very happy with my results instantly. Over the last few weeks watching my eyeliner heal I did exactly what Jamie recommended for aftercare and my eyeliner is amazing I can’t wait to go back and add some more on top and start the lower eyeliner. I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed for the longest time! I searched and searched until I found Jamie on Instagram and saw her amazing work. Jamie is very clean, professional, down to earth, and helpful. She answered all my questions, sent me all the information I needed after my appointment, and gave me the after care products I needed.
