we walked in with about 15min until they closed. About 5 min after we walked in one of the workers started to turn off all the lights and we still had 10 min, and she was telling everyone in the store that they were closed. There were people in the changing rooms and she turned the lights off and they could not see. By the time we walked out we still had 6 min. Very disappointed. But other than that the prices are very low.

This is coming from some who has been going to browse n buy all her life and has seen their changes. But 8:30AM - 11:30AM and no where to put anything if they miss the time? I have a job and go to school as well. I just want to donate bags of clothes. I call to ask and phone no pick up. It’s frustrating.

I have always donated several times a year to this place. Came today a few minutes after donation time and was told no they won't take it. We are leaving the state for the winter and tried to explain but the lady wouldn't even listen. Will NEVER donate to this place again!

I went in to check out their Jackets for my son and as I'm looking the lady working TURNS OFF THE NIGHTS AND SAYS WERE ARE CLOSED!! It was 4:50 and the sign said closes at 5. There were people in the dressing room still!!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt like this one was necessary.
My mom and I came in today and bought four items all together. When we walked out she handed me the receipt and I realized they had over charged us by $12. If it were another thrift store I probably would have shrugged and called it a donation but I can guarantee you that the Browse n buy is making plenty of money from their extreme markup on thrifted clothes.
My mom walked back in and politely explained that we had been over charged. The girl that had checked her out said that she couldn’t open the register and would have to get her manager.
The manager came out in a foul mood after five minutes and said “we don’t offer cash refunds”
My mom politely explained that she had just paid in cash and they were the ones that made the mistake so if we could just have our money back they would be great.
The lady said absolutely not and told her the best she could do was store credit.
My mom explained that we don’t live in Jackson (we were just there for the day) and we would not be back any time in the foreseeable future. The lady huffily shrugged and basically said “that’s your problem”

Needless to say it’s not only disappointing from a business perspective but also as a “Christian Mission” the message it sends isn’t exactly helping people in need or really anything that I would identify as Christian values.
Check your receipts if you decide to go, but just know if they make a mistake it will be your fault.

Loved this shop-lots of selection, well displayed, reasonable prices. I got Eddie Bauer lined winter pants for $14 and a Banana Republic shirt for $6. Also got hiking socks for $4/pair. The clerk was super friendly. Will definitely shop here again next time I'm in town

Very good thrift shop! While some items are over priced, they have great brands and finds as well. I was thrilled to find a Kjus ski jacket for 28. Make sure to check it out if you are in Jackson.

Comparable to most thrift stores like Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill and DI; inventory was fairly stocked, condition of materials also was up to par. On the smaller side as far as places go but plenty of things to see inside.

Dressing rooms were quant.

Staff members appeared to be overwhelmed due to the high volume of people.

No Visa or Credit Cards accepted here.
