Every time I go in this store the staff is friendly and always helpful. I dont really know anything about tools but my daughter needed her scooter fixed, I brought it in and the staff helped me out.

I loved the great selection of sauces and seasonings but felt not welcomed. The clerk never greeted me, thanked me or offered a bad for my several bottles. Not impressed. Customer service is everything as I work in the industry as well. Sad!

I usually go here because it's close to my house but I will not be returning due to an older man being extremely racist today. There was an incident where a gentleman hit my car in the parking lot, and he was very kind to me about it. He came into the store and asked who owned the car and the employee overheard this. We went out to the parking lot to see what happened (the gentleman and i not the employee) and decided no harm no foul and we both went on with our day. When I went back into the store to finish my shopping the male employee came up to me making racist remarks about the gentleman, so much so it was a jump scare and really caught me off guard. Even saying "he probably didn't even have insurance" I had to tell the employee to leave me alone to finish shopping. I was extremely uncomfortable.
I will be going to another store from now on.
I will note however, everytime I go im usually helped by two older women who are very kind people and weren't involved in this at all, it was just the older white male who looks like his dad might also be his cousin.

I had to get a security key made for the neighbor that lost one. Nice friendly greeting from the cashier. Unfortunately they did not have the key that I needed. O well still great experience from all the help now on to the next Ace.

They had my order ready for me before I got there.
Quick, painless, and complete.
I enjoy Burggraf's Ace Hardware. Especially the shop in North Fargo at Northport.
Would have done 5 stars, but the website and I had an issue with understanding each other, and the order arrived at the wrong store.
However, to be fair, it could have been a PBKAC issue.

The people working there are helpful. It's not cool that they don't have a public restroom to use.
Even places that don't have a public restroom Supply ONE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!
It makes the over all experience feel like you aren't important enough for that. I remember when they used to have coffee and doughnuts in the back for customers. What happened to that,?
I had shopping to do there for paint and supplies. Since I had to leave to go to M&H to use the restroom, I decided that I might as well drive to Lowes instead.
I was painting professionally at this time. They missed out on a lot of business that Lowe's was happy to give me a contractor discount for.
Plus they understand that their customers might need to use a restroom!
