My wife and I were on the road I noticed the tire senser was showing rear outside tire on our dually was losing air. I put the spare on and seemed it was losing air as well. we spent an extra night at the best western in Burlington. Monday morning went to this shop, I give them a 10, they were fast and they figured out it was an inner tire that was flat and my senser was showing the wrong tire. These guys are excellent

We hit a Colorado “pothole” on I 70, ruining a “run flat” tire, and no spare. We were able to slowly drive to their shop. Thanks to their friendly management and crew, we were back on the road in less than two hours. I highly recommend the Burlington Car Care Center for all your vehicles!

I arrived a few minutes after closing time, but the team was still working on finishing a job, so they took my two tires and repaired them while I waited, and I was out in 20 minutes! Super nice staff that knows how to hustle! Thanks Burlington Car Care!

Called yesterday and made an 8am appointment for brake shoes, took the car in this morning with the parts and never heard anything until I called in after 2pm. Then was informed at 3pm they can’t do it, they were too busy. Showed up to pick the car up and 5 or 6 guys standing around the shop, nothing being worked on. I’ve had other tire work done here and not had any issues but this experience soured me.

Shame on me for waiting to get a brake job done the day before a birthday trip to the mountains, but shame on them for saying they could do it then failing to communicate or deliver as promised.

People and service like this are hard to find! We had a problem with a tire on I-70. We were helped at the gas station 20miles south and were led to the stratton location. They didn't have our tire size, so we drove to the Burlington location. They took care of us within an hour from start to finish. Everyone was so nice and helpful. A huge thank you to the good people of stratton and Burlington.
