I've used Byers pharmacy for 10 years, even before, when it was called benzar pharmacy, I've seen their quality get better and worse over the years. But at this point, they've reached point so low its not only dangerous for their customers, but incredibly embarrassing for a professional pharmacy. Please keep in mind, I've been incredibly patient with the mistakes they have made in the past, and I've forgiven them over the past 10 years. Most recently, they received a prescription for pain meds for my elderly mother, then lost it for 4 days before they filled it, I asked them 3 separate times if they had received it. And if it was ready, it took me calling the doctor's office and then confirming that they had sent it for the pharmacy to then find the lost prescription and fill it. They do not call recipients of prescriptions to let them know that prescriptions are ready. They will not call you if your prescription is unavailable, they lose prescriptions. One of the pharmacist techs is incredibly rude and the manager is overwhelmed and doesn't have enough time to help customers. They have made it very clear to all the locals that they do not care. Do not waste your time with this place, my advice is to drive 12mi to Bennett, and use the king soopers pharmacy.

They are incompetent, and unable to understand that their aloofness is injuring folks. They only exist because they are run by a sibling or other family member who got them the contract with Colorado Medicaid. As they are incompetent and dealing with a marginalized population, nobody listens to the screams of the marginalized, and their incompetence is further rewarded (hey, it's government).
They have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. "Not my problem" is their mission statement.
They have no need to improve because THEY ARE THE SOLE VENDOR FOR THE STATE. Incompetence rewards ineffectiveness.
I hope to God you never need these folks. You just got a prescription for misery.
The Feds should really look in to this.

Wow, reading all these reviews and couldn't agree more. Byers Pharmacy is TERRIBLE...I'll say it again for the people in the back, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND SANITY!!!!!!!! Their "customer service" is non existent, in fact you are greeted by a dismissive, sometimes flat out rude, representative. These people do not care about you or the fact that they supply life your "life saving" prescriptions. Anytime I call I feel like an inconvenience never a priority, the lack of compassion is unreal. Whoever their first point of contact is needs to be replaced, she is so frustrating to deal with, I always leave in tears. They have no clue what they are doing, its a joke. Our lives however, are not a joke!!!!! If you this is your bedside manner, please find a new job as this one is not suited to you. I will add another review to the end of this one, as I second everything this person previously stated. PLEASE DO BETTER BYERS!

First and foremost, the staff at Byers Pharmacy were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. They were dismissive, unresponsive, and displayed a complete lack of courtesy, and even hung up on me.

Furthermore, the level of dishonesty and keeping in communication about my next order, I encountered was shocking. They seem to have no qualms about cutting corners and providing subpar services. I felt like they didn't care that I'm here on eggshells at risk of dying all because THEY couldn't call me for 2 months telling me they waiting on paperwork. I even called them and was lied to saying my shipment was on its way when in fact it was not.

One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience was their complete failure to update me on the status of my medications. I was left in the dark, constantly wondering when my prescriptions would be ready. It's a basic expectation that any reputable pharmacy should be able to meet, and Byers Pharmacy failed miserably in this regard.

Overall, my experience with Byers Pharmacy was a complete and utter disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone seeking pharmacy services to look elsewhere. Their bad customer service, dishonest practices, and lack of communication make them a pharmacy to avoid at all costs

I had to call three times to confirm my "address" and the second lady was super rude, the third lady was nice and actually got the job done but now they are sending packages with signature required and opted out the change of location so you cant just go pick up the package at the store. HANDS DOWN WOULD FIND A NEW PROVIDER IF I COULD. reality check VERY few people are home during the day. i hope their jobs are the first taken over by robots.

I don't understand any of the negative reviews... these guys filled my entire dexcom script when Noone on the west side of Colorado would. Packaged and mailed it to me too. They Called beforehand and was very professional and helpful. Been waiting months for any other pharmacy to help. These guys are awesome in my book.

After 4 weeks I still haven’t received my pump and meter. Between my wife and I we have called more than 4 times. I have been without my dexcom for over 4 weeks now because of the lady on the phone that can’t figure it out. Very disappointed and annoyed I would really appreciate continuing to live my life and my sugar not be all over the place. You realize a sensor and pump make it for diabetics with uncontrollable sugars live a little easier. I have a company to run and 4 children to take care of and you are making this very difficult for me.

Byers is my pharmacy to handle my Dexcom prescription as a type one diabetic. They used to be on top of my refills. I never had a gap in my supply. Lately I’ve had zero contact by staff regarding refills. When I call in, I just get an employee with an attitude that refuses to do anything with my prescription and just says to wait. Previously I went a week without my prescription being filled and now I’m coming up on my final sensor(last 10 days) and yet again have not heard from Byers. Guess all good things come to an end and I’ll be requesting my prescriptions to be transferred to a pharmacy that can handle it.
