I love this shop. I come here to get my herbs and acupuncture supplies. Always have good service and great prices. The owner Lucy is very sweet, she's very supportive of everything. I have bought herbs here massage table, acupuncture supplies, cupping and more. I come here once a month to stock up and say hi. I could just have them ship me everything but I like to pop in and say hi and I think they like having me here too. Haha. =)

The best medical supply store ever! I have got to know this store for over two decades and they are always nice to their customers, they make you feel like you are their only customer. They are willing to go the extra miles for their customer needs.

All their medical supplies are certified and of best quality! During the historic pandemic, many herb pills and mask are in short supply and many other medical supply stores are selling inferior products, however C.A.I. insists carrying supplies of medical mask and herb medicine (to enhance human immune systems) from major suppliers, although the profit margins will be lower for CAI.

If you need medical supply, this is the company to partner with! You won’t be disappointed.

I have been really impressed with the way CAI handled customer safety since the pandemic. In late March, two months before the mandatory masking order started, they already started wearing masks and shipping out everything except isopropyl alcohol (pickup in car). They now have a shaded outdoor table with some chairs for customers to be able to place orders in person! Service is always prompt and courteous.

When I was an Acupuncture student many years ago, I went to a few acupuncture supply and wholesale locally and shopped online with company as far as Massachusetts. Every supplier have their strengths and weakness, sometimes price is higher on a certain products, while other products are ridiculously cheap. Some have free shipping, but it may take 5-7 days for the items to arrive, others dont' speak english. Then I found CAI corporation in South El Monte, Their service and knowlege is superior. I like the fact that I can ask a question or reccomendation about a product and get a straight forward answer. What’s the difference between needles, 10 pack, 100 pack, type K? There is no pushy sales person, nor is there any pressure to buy unnecessary items.

As a student I ordered a lot of random equipments to try, my first stethescope, Tens unit, Anatomy charts, Acupuncture points model, needles, iodine wipes, hemostats, moxa, etc... It was actually fun and inspirational going there. I was thinking to my self, one day, I will open a clinic and I will need a lot of equipment that they stock.

Years after my first visit, I am always happy to order from CAI corporation, they stock up on everything I need to operate my clinic. Yes, I got everything from them, tables, carts, partition, gown, gloves, Sharps container, gallons of Alcohol, masage oil, etc...Athough I can get my supplies sent to my office, I like dropping by and saying Hi. I reccomend CAI to all Acupuncture students and physicians.
