On vacation, I had to replace the battery in my 2019 Subaru Forester. I purchased one at a parts store, but they would not install it. I found C&A, walked in, and they immediately helped me and installed my battery for a very reasonable price. They were super friendly and even offered free snacks and drinks. Highly recommend this company!

Came to get my car back after having it serviced.
According to Google, their website, and their front door, they close at 6:30 pm. I arrived the earliest I could after getting off work. Got here at 6:11 pm and there is nobody to be found.
Now I am stuck without a car for another day.

Aside from this snafu, they usually provide good service. Our check engine light has been repeatedly coming on every couple of weeks since mid-November (3 times and counting) and they usually do quick work in diagnosing it, getting back to us with an assessment and quote, and fixing what's wrong when identifiable.

Quoted me $2300 dollars for my evaporator core replacement. Got it done from a different company for $800. Many other locations didnt even come close to this price. Price gouge is CRAZY at this location. Other services are massively overpriced beware!

$217 for a oil change. The base oil change was $80 then they replaced the air filter and charged me $40 for each air filter! You can get the same air filter from Walmart for $8. The oil change also took 2 hours that they charged me for! An oil change shouldn’t take more than 30 min! Even a backyard tech knows this. Ask prices before having anything done here. I do not recommend this spot for any service. They are nice people and I like to support local businesses but this is just not okay.

My old Dodge Magnum 2007 lives here! Amanda and Ronnie are amazing and always professional. The mechanics here are the best! It's a bit pricey but if you want everything done right the first time, this is where you come. It's the best Kingsville has to offer. Thank you, guys for everything you've done for me and my car!
