I had an excellent experience at Cahaba Dermatology & Skin Health Center on Valleydale Road! The facility is easy to find with a spacious parking lot that wraps around the building, offering plenty of parking. For those needing accessibility, there’s a convenient wheelchair ramp just to the right of the front entrance. Upon entering through the double doors, the layout is clear: medical check-in is on the left, and cosmetic services are on the right.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and professional atmosphere. My doctor and their assistant went above and beyond to make me feel valued and well-cared for, addressing all my concerns with kindness and expertise. I highly recommend Cahaba Dermatology for all your skin health needs—whether medical or cosmetic, they truly shine!

I love Cahaba D and Dr G. Her staff are amazing. Everyone of them are kind gracious and so knowledgeable in their field. Dr G has incredible expertise and skillful procedures. There are no pressure sales but they come alongside of you to help you make the best decisions for your self in regard to skincare and treatment. I have been a patient for 15 years and plan on remaining a patient. I have had no cosmetic surgery but have chosen to age gracefully with a little help. I am repeatedly told I look 50 rather than my actual age of 70.

I love Dr. Gerald! I will not name names, but I have been to 3 other Dermatologists, all well known in the Birmingham area. One is also at Cahaba Dermatology and the other two are at a different practice. Dr. Gerald BY FAR does the most thorough exam out of all 4 of them. I think it is very important to have a very thorough exam when looking for possible skin cancers. Not just someone who asks if you are concerned about anywhere and then literally just glances at you. This is not the kind of exam I want. I want the most thorough doctor that I can find and Dr. Gerald checks all the boxes!!!

Dr. G knows her stuff! She is smart, knowledgeable & takes the time to truly help you. Her Assistant, Abbey, is equally as amazing. I have seen her twice now for injections and could not be happier with the results. After years of trying a few different places around Birmingham & never truly feeling happy, I am so glad I’ve found this office and Dr. Groysman. Highly recommend!

I had the most pleasant visit today at this dermatology facility in Hoover. Everyone was so polite and courteous, and the scenery is beautiful everywhere. I felt I had been transported to a place of complete beauty and tranquility. The staff was extremely professional and very fast diagnosing my situation. I will be a regular customer now.

I appreciate Dr Groysman & team. I only take off 1 star because there’s almost always a long wait, often well over 30 minutes. (my last visit I waited an hour before I saw the doctor.) I understand sometimes things are revealed in an appt that needs to be addressed immediately, but it seems if it’s all the time, then The scheduling staff needs to learn from that and make appropriate adjustments.

I recently visited Dr.suzanne to have bump removed from my face, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the post-procedure care, everything was explained thoroughly, and I felt well-informed and comfortable. The procedure itself was quick, and the doctor made sure I was at ease throughout.
