They have my favorite lashes! They are so affordable and beautiful! Easy to apply and last for so long! I tend to get allergies from lash glue and lashes but they are the only lashes that does not give me any allergies! All babes who love lashes please give them a try! You will not regret it! 🥰

I purchased a rose quartz facial roller from Cala Products and it broke. I immediately emailed them about the issue. Their customer service representative was so nice to me. I submitted photos of the damaged product. They reviewed my submission and sent me a replacement. The replacement roller was better than the roller I had. Thank you so much for your kindness. Don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered wipes which immediately showed as shipped with tracking. Item still hasn't left their building and USPS are still waiting for item almost 1 month later. Doing a charge back now on my credit card. Word of advice - call a company and see if there is a real person at the end of the phone. if a company deliberately leaves their phone number off their site, walk away.

Terrible customer service!! I found out about Cala Products when I bought some fake eyelashes at TJ Maxx one day. I had never heard of them before. I usually use high end eyelashes from Sephora but decided to give these a try since they were cheaper. Once I ran out, I wanted to try out more of their products, therefore, I decided to buy directly from the company. BAD IDEA. My package never arrived and it was an order of $60. When I reached out to them about this issue, Cala Products took weeks to respond and in the end, they refused to mail my package out again and also refused to refund me. Don't waste your money on this company!! There's definitely better products and better businesses out there who actually care about customer satisfaction.

Update: It's been 2 days since I posted the first review and today, I FINALLY received my order from Cala Products via Express Mail. I ordered this package and it 'shipped' on 4/25/20, which is the package that I never received. Today is 6/6/20 and I got my full purchase. I know times are tough right now so I appreciate the effort, Cala Products.
