I just got the worst SNS of my life at Cali Chic. The ladies are all super sweet, but she burnt my nail bed with the tool and filed my cuticles until two of them were bleeding. I've never had uglier, more uneven nails. They're lumpy and thick. There was cotton stuck to my finger from the initial removal until she sprayed them with isopropyl at the very end. I nearly cried from the pain my nail beds were in. Now I have to go spend another $65 to have them taken off and redone.

I don’t know why they did such a poor job on my nails. My toes are uneven and they didn’t paint the entire nail so it’s splotchy. They should have done another layer bc you can see my nail. It’s not solid and doesn’t look good. I could have done a better job. Not professional at all. Disappointed. Then when getting my manicure they didn’t wash or clean my hands or nails at all. She cut some cuticle but left a lot of scraggly skin. They also didn’t have the colors I wanted so I had to choose something else and they had two different versions of the same number. It came out looking clear and not good. They did offer to layer a gel on top but she only did two layers and it’s splotchy. She was rough and quick and messy. Then massaged me with the powder all over her gloves and it felt awful. Super bummed at this low quality service.

I came in out of state on a whim and needed a blowout for an event. Did not find any spots nearby and saw this place while driving by and took a chance, and I was so impressed! The ladies were so efficient, sweet and gave me a lovely blowout that I got so many compliments on. Pricing was so extremely fair given that other businesses in the area were quoting me up to five times the cost that this place offered. Would definitely come back!

I enjoy the clean and consistent service I receive at this spa. Their prices are fair and they always go the extra mile, providing hot stones with the pedicure and massage, flowers and citrus in the water, massage chairs and hot tea. The staff are kind and efficient, working well as a team to provide for the client. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

I Love this place! The women who work there are wonderful people. The space is clean and they do quality work. Great energy in the space. Everything from the top of your head to the top of your toes.
