This is my new go to for ordering professional skincare supplies as an independent skincare business owner and Esthetician. They have a great variety of clean professional skincare and organic professional skincare. Their customer service is great and they gifted me many samples! I can't say enough about California Skincare Supply. I contacted them on Saturday in non-business hours via text (which I love we have the option to do) and asked if there was any way possible to get an order to me by Friday 12/1. I didn't expect a response until Monday but I received a very prompt response and amazing on-going communication from Saturday to present. My package is on its way and will most likely be here a day before I expected. They also noticed I paid a higher than normal freight (I would have paid anything! Lol) and refunded me $28. I really appreciate great customer service and they have exceeded and blown my expectations out of the water. Not to mention the great and variety of products and professional skincare lines they offer. If you are a Skincare professional, def get your products from here!

I could write a book on how happy I am with this company and why, but I’ll leave it at I’ve talked to rep after rep, and even whole sale manufactures trying to find the right kinda help with choosing products. It was so overwhelming I was marking hours of time off to figure it out myself because the reps and other companies just overwhelmed me more. I didn’t feel welcomed. Sending a brochure is only so helpful. California Skincare ( Julia specifically ) provided education, she listened, she helped me put my dollars in places I would see quality and return, and she never made me feel beneath her. She simply patiently guided me. She knows the products they offer intuitively and was so warm and great to work with.

California Skincare Supply has outstanding customer service and they are very knowledgeable of each of their top of the line products. Their website is easy to navigate and everything is straight forward. If you need products shipped, freight is very affordable and quick. I have been a loyal customer for several years and won’t bother buying my products anywhere else. You won’t find another women ran family business like Cal Skin Supply.

I like a lot of their products. Just be sure to give samples out and test skin first especially when dealing with sensitive skin. I had a very adverse reaction to the saffron meristem cream. My face became really red and began to burn badly. Of course I likely have an allergy to one of the ingredients but just wanted to say even if something says its for sensitive skin. Sensitive skin is still sensitive and the best approach is to have a sample and to test on skin first.
