The hotel is okay. The WiFi is horrible. You have to sign in everyday even though you’re staying multiple days. Plus the overall use of WiFi isn’t great. Constantly got kicked off or just simply didn’t work.

Housekeeping comes once a week. Assuming they are trying to save money yet the prices haven’t changed. The staff get grumpy when you ask for housekeeping when it’s not your assigned day.

The hot water in the shower is luke warm at best.

Over all, the hotel is meh. I wouldn’t personally chose this hotel but it’s work so I have to be here.

We found the Candlewood Suites to be very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a super job! The front desk folks were helpful and friendly!

The bed was so comfortable in the sleep was so wonderful that I’m looking at buying the same mattress. The staff was very nice kind knowledgeable. In addition, the entire hotel was clean and very accommodating.

We enjoyed the hotel. It provided us exactly what we needed. Staff was polite and helpful. The store had plenty of options for food. The kitchenette was convenient. The room was a bit worn but overall good experience.

Traveling across the country, this location was THE BEST pet friendly hotel. Staff were wonderful, room was spotless and had the lowest pet fees. Especially having cats with us that weren't welcome at many other hotels, this place was a gem.

This Candlewood was the nicest I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was very friendly. The room, hallways and fitness center were all very clean! I was quite impressed! Seemed recently updated and they definitely take care of their property. Would 10/10 stay here again when in town!

We stay at this location often for work. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable the only complaint is that you can hear people in the hallway while you’re trying to sleep. I just turn on soothing sounds and problem solved.

Warm Hospitality on a C-C-COLD "Wild-O-Ming" night. Had to change travel plans due to bad winter weather & got the last room at this nicely remodeled CWS.
GM & Staff were very friendly & helpful. They provided numerous snow removal tools that were definitely needed. Team kept the parking lot, sidewalks & entry floors clean & dry.
Pantry was well-stocked. Very PET FRIENDLY 🐾 🐾 including a hotel mascot, "Louie" (an adorable lil rescue chihuahua!).
Suite was great, property recently remodeled & very convenient right off I-90 exit.
Plenty of shopping, restaurants & services nearby. I'll be back! 👍
