They have great and variety selections of Asian cosmetics and skin, body care products. However, Customer service is not really friendly and welcoming. I usually get my masks here and shampoo when need it. They also have some special collection perfume for Asia country.

I have been going to Candy Doll for over 4 years, especially the stones town location. I have been going to Post Street recently due to proximity, but the difference in customer service between ST and here is very apparent. First, the knowledge is not as helpful nor thorough here. I had multiple questions the Sales Associate had to go Google or ask a coworker for insight. Second, I spend - on average - over $150, so when I ask for samples, which I shouldn’t even have to, I expect to be treated well. The Sales Associate put TWO sample packets. Honestly, it was so disrespectful and not a way to retain loyal customers. I will not shop at this location again.

I like the selection of skincare and Jbeauty products they carry but I agree with the other reviewers regarding the customer experience. The older lady working the register is really cold and has terrible customer service skills. It’s like she is intentionally trying to be as unfriendly as possible. I hope she isn’t the owner…

They have a great selection of skincare. However the customer service is awful. The ladies keep following you in the store thinking your are gonna steal. I got super excited with the products but decided to leave because I didn’t feel welcome there. I prefer the another location much better.

This place is nice and it has variety that you can't really find easily at any other drugstores/makeup stores. I always get my face masks here and sometimes some cleansers and korean/ japanese makeup. The prices are pretty fair considering it's mostly imported, but I see why some people can be turned off by the price tags; I'm a fan of these brands so I don't mind paying, especially since it's right there and I don't have to wait for shipping. The staff is pretty hit or miss, but I've never had any major problems. I never get the same cashier but they pack your stuff in a nice bag and you can be in and out really quick since the space is small. I also bought from them online and I received my package within the week in good condition.

This is hit or miss on getting decent customer service. The first time I went it was good, this last week it was very poor borderline rude.

It's a fun but crowded shop in the Kintestsu Mall in Japantown that has tons of makeup, facemasks and other products.

You won't be able to read much on the packaging and if the service is bad you're just guessing on what your picking.

The clerk on Thursday was more interested in her friends than helping out or ringing anyone up

I did find some fun products to try. Thank goodness for testers and an adventurous spirit.

If you're in Japantown I'd give it a try and hopen for better service again.
