If you've had massages before, you will instantly know how excellent Cassondra's session is. She has an intuitive sense of pressure and a great, welcoming vibe. Afterwards - AND during - I felt fantastic. I bought a massage package deal immediately afterwards. Highly recommended.

First Visit:
The hot stone CBD massage was stellar. She uses the stones as tools rather than just a "place and leave." Cassondra has a true knack of locating the problem areas and working them in innovative ways w multiple techniques until they are resolved. Her experience shows in how present she is during the session and the intuitive pressure she adjusts from moment to moment.

I received a massage yesterday from Cassondra. I have had MANY massages in the past, and let me tell you.. this was ABSOLUTELY by far the best massage I have ever had! From the ease of making the appointment, to the comfortable setting and relaxing sound machine, I appreciated everything about this session. Cassondra listened to my description of tender areas and worked extra hard on these areas that causes me the most discomfort. I actually woke up today with no pain, and that is only after one hour of her diligent effort, she is also a great conversationalist… I have been recommending her massages to everyone I know! Cassondra is an absolute master of her craft. I only 'discovered' Cassondra this last year and only have been to her a few times. Each time I leave my appointment I feel as though I've stumbled across a best kept secret. I work long hours as a nurse and I carry so much stress on my shoulders and constantly feel tense around my neck. Each visit, I leave feeling like so much space has opened in my body and relaxed; I practically float out! Cassondra’s massaging is so intuitive I can’t even explain it. She is so kind and genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. I didn’t think I would ever get rid of this neck pain/stiffness and she even recommended a great chiropractor that she uses. Well needless to say don’t need a chiropractor when I have her. She is a natural healer that I recommend to everyone. NECK PAIN IS GONE HALLELUJAH!!!

WORTH EVERY PENNY! I've had many massages (though this was my first time coming to this business) and this was easily among the best of the best. I just had a long overdue and much needed session. I booked with Cassondra hoping to get some relief and she didn't disappoint.

She really is gifted, normally I have to keep asking for deeper; but she intuitively knew my perfect pressure. She knew just what my body needed.. I left feeling SO MUCH better after being in pain for this last week.

She combined massage ,hot stones, trigger points, stretching and massage gun.

I carry tension heavily in my neck and shoulders. I also have hips that rotate out of place, wreaking havoc from my back and down my sciatic nerve. If you struggle with either, you will leave her office feeling substantially better.

Any negative reviews here are clearly from people who didn't read the cancellation policy or people who didn't communicate what they needed/wanted/expected from their Massage Therapist. If you do your research & use your words; I promise you will not regret booking with Cassondra.. I will certainly be back.

Cannabody is a great local business. I have seen Cassandra multiple times and new massage therapist, Nikka, once. Both are thoughtful, asking in advance what type of massage is preferred. I’m always asked multiple times if pressure is at the right level.

The office has a relaxing atmosphere, no pressure to upgrade or do more than what was planned. I would recommend to anyone.

I bought a CBD message for my daughter for mother's day. She said it was awesome and she would definitely be going back. She also stated that the lady who gave her message was very easy to talk to and pleasant to talk to. $70 dollars for and Hr. Highly recommend.

I bought a group of 3 massages on Groupon- so they were pre-paid. I went to redeem and make an appointment on her website and she required a credit card number in order to make the appointment. Her website had zero security features, nor said anywhere who/when has access to that credit card number, or where it was stored. Nobody should be okay with blindly having their credit card number on an unsecured website. So I called the phone number and the answering message said to text, which I did. I explained that I wanted to make an appointment but was uncomfortable with putting my credit card number out on an unsecured platform. She would not make a massage appointment. I got a refund on Groupon. She compared her business to a doctor’s office or Chiropractor, but NO doctor or chiropractor I have ever gone to has ever been that careless with other people’s personal info or credit card numbers. Beware.
