Madison has been a wonderful. She listen and understands your request and after a time, it is like she just knows. How you your hair moves and what will work and won't. You can't ask for someone with a better depth of knowledge and understanding, easy to talk to and work with. She the Best!

I did research and was looking forward to getting my haircut. I booked my appointment well in advance. It was confirmed through the Square Up app. I confirmed. She confirmed. Everything was good, so I thought. The morning of my appointment, she cancelled due to the appointment being the wrong time. That's fine, I rescheduled. Appointment was confirmed again by her. Next thing I know, I can't see anything on the app regarding my appointment. Can't even find the salon in a search. So confused. This was to be my first appointment here at the salon. I will most certainly not go here. Highly disappointed.

My husband and I just moved to the area and i was nervous about a new hairdresser. BUT! I was lucky to have found an amazing one named Madison at Capelli. She cut and colored my hair better than my previous hairdresser. If I would rate her between 1-10 she is a 12. She did an amazing JOB! Dont go anywhere else this salon is the best in the area

My daughter and I are new to the area and selected Capelli for our first haircuts. We both did a trim and thinning. Tracy was amazing at communicating and making sure we got what we were looking for. She helped me with my wild hair in this "Texas" humidity! She is saved in my favorites for all my hair needs in the future!
