Walking into Carolina’s store is like going down a portal to magic town. The flavors and quality of the olive oils and balsamic are second to none and the health benefits are immense. Carolina is always happy to share knowledge and I now too drink a spoon daily to aid with my digestion. I personally love watching folks try in person for the first time. Shipping is super fast for when I can’t be there in person and am running low on supplies or need a gift. Applewood Smoked olive oil is my favorite item to gift for the Holidays and Garlic infused is one of my most used oils.

I have too many good things to say about this place. Olive oils and balsamic- absolutely delicious. The aesthetic of the place- peaceful and lovely. And the owner Carolina was so kind and shared a little bit about her business and Olive oils. Big bonus was the delicious treat she gave our dog. Will definitely be coming back and buying gifts for others from her.

I’m almost never moved to write a review unasked but I am for Carolina’s. Her small storefront feels like entering a quaint European antique store. The olive oils were all local and superb. She has meticulous notes about them. Above all, I was there with my young children whom I policing and anticipating to make wait outside… but she could not have been more warm, welcoming and accommodating. What a lovely experience and I’m making orzo now to cover in her evoo.

I have been using Carolïna’s skin products since 2013. I am now 71 and my face doesn’t look it!
My skin is very dry so I use the night cream exclusively. It’s perfect.
I have been using the olive oils for years but Carolïna told me recently about taking a tablespoon every morning. I was hesitant at first about the taste it would leave in my mouth, but Carolïna sent me a bottle of the one she uses. She told me it would take at least a month or two to notice a difference in my skin and hair. Surprisingly my husband told me after only three weeks that my legs looked better! It tastes great leaves no aftertastes and I’m hooked!!! Remember I’m old but still feel and of course, want to look young!
What a great thing it was for me to meet Carolïna and her products. If you’re trying for the first time try the lip balm too.....
