Great location in the sawgrass mall.

Only two stars because the store manager was cool other than that the other young associates are super rude. 👎including assistant manager
Moms room was very dusty, dead lizard on the floor ,no trash bag on the trash, changing table didn't have any covers because they were all in a box. Also store hallways are way to narrow not even my mini stroller will fit. I let them know and they didn't care.

Employee originally didn’t disclose that what the discount they offer is a credit card. When asked for my income I was confused but put a low number and when the employee saw they took it and altered it themselves to a high amount with out even asking and then when I asked if it was a credit card they said yes and gave me a nasty look when I said I didn’t want it. Very Unprofessional. Just say it’s a credit card to begin with don’t waste both your time and my own and don’t get obviously annoyed and moody when I say I don’t want something that I wasn’t even informed I was getting.

The employees in that store is a bunch of thieves. They have poor customer service, and the managers are all worthless in the store. The employees in there are also a bunch of liars. Please be aware of the store we are still dealing with the theft matter which happen in the store with corporate and the police. Not leaving this matter to rest until we get to the bottom of it.

Limited selection and exact same prices as their retail stores. It seems Sawgrass is no longer an Outlet Mall. Next time I will visit stores at malls closer to me where they have same prices and better selection.
