First thing one of the employee she is never smile or happy and if she doesn’t like to be at the desk, she need to sit home second you guys pay him to take care of it but outside around the gas station is disgusting and gross and trash everywhere they are staying over there. They can come outside with the brush or vacuum or dustpan to pick up all the trash and smokes everything in the floor. That is disgusting place ever need better, employees and being better madness.

This place has so many drink choices, hot box choices and coffee choices I refer to them as the wal-mart of convenience stores. Get fuel here as much as possible. Friendly staff and the store always smells wonderful. Super clean restrooms. I’ve never had to wait in line to pay.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this place but $40 for a Gatorade and a taquito and the difference in gas she charge me $10 saying the taquito that plainly says two for like two dollars or something like that is five dollars apiece. Her name is Missy. I will literally be telling every single person that walks into my business to stay away from this particular gas station. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s really not the few dollars that matters. It’s how many times has she done this to other people this is stealing.

This is a great store to stop at in the mornings. Breakfast foods are always hot and fresh. Good selection of coffee flavors plus creamer, sugar and flavored syrups to add to your coffees. Fountain drink station also has flavors you can add to your drinks. Gas prices are always one of the lowest in Paris.

I go here all the time! Tasha is always very helpful and funny she keeps me laughing! She makes my day/night better when I have had a bad one!! Great staff!! Very clean and organized! Great prices!

Went to get gas, their machine errors out and I had to hang the pump and restart the transaction. I put 75 in gas in my car. Cefco took 200.00 out of my bank account. They placed a 125.00 hold on top of that 75.00. 3 days later my cable is turned off because they held my bill money and I couldn't pay the bill. Thanks to cefco I'll end up with a 50.00 reconnect fee meaning 75.00 in gas will have cost me 125.00. The attendant told me the hold would be just a few minutes to an hour, it's been 4 days. My bank said Cefco can take 3-7 business days. I NEED THE MONEY YOU STOLE CEFCO and you owe me 50.00!!!!!

Paris has an abundance of gas stations, especially CEFCOs’. I would highly suggest you go down the street to the next CEFCO. This particular establishment is rude to their customers, and are very unapologetic.
They advertised a special to where you can buy a travel coffee cup for $1, and the first refill is free.

I took advantage of said offer, bought the cup, and took to home to wash it out (it was wrapped in plastic, but still seemed dirty).
I went back the next day, and was berated by the manager. She accused me of stealing the cup, and said I had to pay full price. She claimed that the refill only refers to when you buy the cup, even though it doesn’t say that on the cup, nor does it say it in the store.
When I pointed out what a “refill” is different than a “first cup free” she gave me a dirty look, and gave me the refill for free.

I was honestly shocked. I have never been treated like that by someone, especially someone who was behind the register checking me out. It really rubbed me the wrong way.
From what I’ve heard from friends and family is that she is snippy to everybody. Customer service for this CEFCO gas station isn’t very good in general, let alone from the manager.
