I really like Center City Dermatology in Exton. The staff is always funny, kind, and prompt, which is perfect when you need to get in and out quickly, especially during a workday. I saw Sarah Humbarger, and she was so nice and efficient, making the visit smooth and pleasant. The office itself is always very clean and organized, which I appreciate. My only minor complaint is that I wish their products were a little less expensive. Overall, a great dermatology office that I’d definitely recommend!

Doctors were very kind and insightful. The front office was a little rough at first, but they have improved. The reason for my low rating is Dr. Hess had removed a mole from my thigh, he used an incision method to stitch the scar raised promising it would reduce scarring. Well that was simply not true, I am now left with a Keloid scar on my thigh. Upon return for remediation from Center City Dermatology, they tried an ointment that did not help, than offered to connect me with their team for laser treatment. Fun fact, the Exton office does not have a laser. They told me that it did not work and were referring patients to their location in Philadelphia. I work a full time job and do not have time to travel back and forth to the city for the amount of laser sessions they were suggesting to fix their mistake. They referred me to Laser Skin and Surgery Center in Devon as it was closer, but did not offer any credits or payment options with this office. The laser treatments from the referral were far more expensive. All in all, I really wanted to be a regular here, but they have let me down and lead me on with their behavior and lack of course correction in their care. I have a blaring reminder of CCD on my leg daily that I will need to fix with another doctor.

Center City Dermatology has exceeded my expectations as a dermatology practice. Dr. Hess is always friendly and genuinely listens to any concerns I may have. He is able to suggest a plan to address any issues and I always feel confident leaving the appointment. Kasey is awesome! She is very knowledgeable in skin care and can explain the benefits of certain procedures/products and is wonderful at what she does. I have suggested this office to family and friends and can’t say enough great things!

I have been getting laser treatments from Kasey M, esthetician, for the redness on my nose checks from a mild case of rosacea. My skin looks so much better! Honestly, I feel like my skin looks so much younger and she is a delight to work with!

I have been having some issues with my skin & after visiting my primary doctor many times ; decided to find a dermatologist. Since then, found out what were the causes and issues. Dr Hess was my first doctor for the first visit but then dr Sarah was my main doctor. She has been with me since then and figuring it out what was happening. We stayed in touch with an allergist ( found out I have some allergies that wasn’t aware off).

Went to get treatment for brown spots on my face. Kasey suggested laser treatments and facial peels. I had my first session and the difference in my skin was immediate. Kasey answered all my questions and was very helpful. She even went over my skin care routine and suggested a few things to add in the future. It was a great plan and I have my next visit in four weeks!
