They are friendly, helpful and fill your prescription quickly. Even when they have to order something, they have it the next day and try to help with a 1 day supply if they can. Also have fun stuff to shop for. I just wish they still had the app.

I am from out of town,had to have a compound med,they were very nice let me know up front the price due to it not covered by insurance. Super nice they also have a gift shop area.the whole store was clean with good lighting

Before becoming a customer of ANY place I look at what others have experienced. That said, I saw very negative comments of 3 & 7 years ago, especially regarding "Jason" @ CDHHC. I've not yet signed with them but intend to because they have been the most helpful & caring medical equipment suppliers I've found in a long time. I recently moved here & had no choice at the time but to go with a supplier in Troy....a 45 minute drive from home. I also had a horrendous problem with my CPAP machine that I was being given the run-around on. I went to CDHHC on another matter & accidentally found Jason to be knowledgeable & extremely helpful to me. I tried his suggestion & it worked! As a result, he saved me $1400 I otherwise would have had to spend to get a new machine! I'm signing up with them next week!!

I have always had great service from Center Drugs. They have always been very helpful and super nice. My prescriptions have always been filled in a timely manner and they are quick to fix mistakes when they rarely happen. Great people here!

I will never attempt to use Center Drugs again for medical equipment. After a few calls, emails, and visits they never seemed interested in serving. They took odd lunch hours and apparently on one person can take care the equipment I needed. After several visits and emails (which they never read) I was unable to get straight answers. They always wanted something different. I found the place rude, snobbish, and unfriendly.

Thankfully I found another local vendor closer to Enterprise medical center (on Brunson) that is much friendlier and reliable.

My previous review was taken down suspiciously. When I entered the store to buy a CPAP machine NO EMPLOYEES were wearing masks - even after the Governor's mandate. I was told they would wear one if I felt more comfortable.
Is every business allowed to remove reviews that are unfavorable? This causes me to like this company even less.

I have gotten a CPAP from Jason which is the Respiratory therapist that works at Center Drug. I would not recommend anyone to go through the hassle of getting any medical equipment from him. It is sad that my father-in-law knew who exactly who he is. What I would recommend to replace Jason immediately and get someone that actually cares.

Fast, friendly and personalized service. I've never waited longer than 2-3 minutes for prescriptions to be filled. They always take the time to help me understand my medications.
