I just had my first visit at this practice with Lee Dionne. There are always so many unknowns when seeing a new Dr, but I feel compelled to share this experience was overwhelmingly positive! I appreciated that Lee was very thorough, patient, and sensitive to ensuring I was comfortable every step of the exam. When it was suggested I biopsy a couple moles, I asked for alternatives because scalpels freak me out. Even though it required some digging, Lee & staff took the time to locate a less invasive testing kit. The biggest litmus test for me is how a Dr handles your questions & requests- Lee was receptive to everything I
addressed, providing a clear path for each concern.

Although I Iike the in person office experience itself, I am disappointed with surprise billing and no one from either the office or the billing dept. will return my messages. I also reached out to the provider directly through email. Nothing.. I have tried several times over this last month and the main hotline just insures me that someone from the main office will eventually call. Really? Disappointed in office management and customer service.

Dr. Giovanielli is one of the few doctors I've had in my life that I would go out of my way to keep going to her. She listens to me and does what is best for me. I recently went out of network just to have her help me with my issue because I trust her. It is hard to get an appointment because she gets booked out but I understand why she is so popular with her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great dermatologist.
