Good, easy facilities location and parking. Very pleasant staff and medical group. Procedure was absolutely painless. Most time was waiting on pathology. Chairs were comfortable. Took a total of just under 4 hours. Good post op instructions.
Site was sore and throbbing. Ice packs and Tylenol were helpful. Wish I would have had more information on total expenses. Very good overall experience. Don't want to need them again, but great service.

Dr. Hayes and Amanda (Nurse) were both amazing in every way. Immensely knowledgeable, authentically caring, engaged and kind, and exceptionally thoughtful about my medical condition and treatment. My experience was wonderful. The receptionist, nurses and Dr. Casey each treated me with kindness and care. The steps of my procedure were explained to me and my questions answered. I found each person to be very personable which is such a comfort when facing a procedure I’ve not had before. I feel happy to recommend this practice!!

Plan for extended waiting time. My appointment was at 1400. I arrived at 1345 as requested. I sat in the lobby after check in for 30 mins. I asked about when I might be seen since it was 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was called back to a room very quickly after that, only to sit in the exam room for an additional 15 minutes. I was now waiting for an hour and was told nothing after asking multiple times. Was eventually told there was an issue with insurance for a prior patient that set delayed everything from that point. I did not pursue why an insurance issue would delay Dr's. To my thinking insurance issues would be resolved by back office/administrative personal not medical staff. The patients time is less valuable than their time.

To be clear, I was happy with treatment I received and explanations of the treatment. If I had been told, we're running behind or notified of the delay ahead of time rather than being ignored it could have helped a lot. Just know going in, your appointment time is merely a suggestion for the staff, and they do not value your time at all. I wouldn't make any plan for after your visit as you might be awhile.

I do have a follow up, and will update when that is completed if there has been any change in processes.

Had a wonderful new patient visit with Ami Sheth, CNP a few days ago. She was knowledgeable, kind, and really made me feel heard! Thank you to the MA/nurse named Paloma that roomed me, for being so kind and supportive during my visit, and thank you to the sweet woman that checked me in for my appointment at the front desk, for your kindness and help with registration. The entire team is warm and really makes you feel welcomed and supported during your visit. I was also seen very quickly after my arrival time and did not have to wait a long time to see my provider at all. Very efficient team! I’d recommend Ami and this practice to anyone looking for dermatology care.
