I want to give Delaney a huge wonderful review for working with to get my hair the way I wanted it!! She is so kind and patient as we talked about the process we should take. The color is fantastic and she gives an amazing haircut! I highly recommend Westminister Centre Salon and Delaney!! All staff are very outgoing and make sure their clients are comfortable. 10/10, I love my new hair !!! The service is really good and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I made my first appointment in person and the ladies at the desk were very helpful, they talked through price with me and were respectful of my beauty budget. During the appointment the service was also great! I did not wait long after arriving and before we started Lynn talked me through the whole process and expectations for color. I was coming from a strong red/orange color and was wanting to go to a lavender type purple which is the opposite of the color wheel and very difficult to do in one session. Lyn was up front about the process and made sure that the quality of my hair was protected. Lynn did an amazing job and got my hair to a beautiful purple-ish silver in just one session. Lyn was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I am so excited to go back and see her again! Thank you Lyn!!!

Meant to leave a review about my experience here a while ago! I walked in expecting to leave looking like a blonde bombshell, but instead, I walk out looking like I barely even touched a bottle of bleach. I asked for blonde highlights, and they charged me over $200 for what? A game of hide and seek with my natural hair color? I needed a magnifying glass to even spot the highlights.

Gave them another chance when my mom came to visit me she goes in asking for blue and blonde, and they hit her with a $300 bill. I mean, for that price, you'd think they could at least get the colors right. But no, she walks out with purple hair. PURPLE. It's like they didn't even listen to what she wanted. She had to go back to get it fixed. So not only did they overcharge her, but they also couldn't even get it right the first time.

The cancellation fee fiasco is ridiculous! I gave them a third chance by scheduling a haircut for my son and couldn't make it due to personal reasons.. and they have the audacity to demand my debit card info for a $50 fee? I said I'm not comfortable giving my card info over the phone...

The receptionist very condescendingly said "WOW" as if I had just insulted her grandmother.

But the real kicker? The manager's response. He acted like I was the first person in history to be annoyed by this nonsense. "We've never had someone get mad about that before!" Well, congratulations, you've just unlocked a new achievement in customer dissatisfaction. If they had explained the cancellation fee upfront, maybe I would have understood. But springing it on me last minute? That's just bad business.

So, to anyone considering a trip to Center Salon, save yourself the headache and the cash. Unless you enjoy playing 'Where's Waldo?' with your highlights and being treated like a walking ATM, find somewhere else to get your hair done.

I had a facial with Amani and she did wonderful job! She was a delight to chat with during the service, and my face feels brand new. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are warm and welcoming, and eager to accommodate clients' needs. I highly recommend coming here!

Just had my first visit today at Centre Salon. Everyone here is warm and friendly. The salon is so nice and the front desk really makes you feel welcome!
Wonderful experience! Love this hair salon and spa. LOVE MY HAIR! My new hairstylist LYNN is so talented!
Lynnn did GORGEOUS highlights, cut and styled my hair today and my hair has never looked this good ever!
I will definitely be back!

My appointment got scheduled incorrectly, no reminder or confirmation was sent, and I had to reschedule. At my appointment I was given a free deep conditioning for my trouble but the cut was way shorter than what I asked for.
UPDATE today's appointment with Megan was great, she really listened and did just what I asked. I got reminders and confirmation too.

Should fix their website . Booked a service , spent a half hour on the phone with them , they couldn’t do it , tried to get me into another location , they just wouldn’t do it . Found another salon with an appointment same day for half price and they did it perfectly . Really not that hard of a thing to accomplish , booking a salon appointment
