I came in after having a bad experience at a different salon in town a week before and Hannah fixed me!! She made me feel so comfortable during my appt and 100% restored my confidence. I left with my dream hair and am so so grateful for her and her abilities <3 will definitely be coming back for future services!

So yesterday I got a haircut at this place around 3:30pm, at first for the first 5 minutes I thought this was going great, but I started noticing the the girl that was cutting my hair didn't know to to cut sort hair at all or more specifically how to do a fate.

She started cutting in the sides and was dropping everything, and was also picking up everything while still holding my hair, anyways at some point when cutting my hair she cut my ear with her scissors *which I should have just said stop and walked away by then* also mind at I wasn't moving at all this hole time, she did gave me something to stop the bleeding.

She proceeded to try to give me a line in the fade and as you can see by the picture it didn't go well either *cuz that gave me a rash* somehow she managed to always get everything to pull the tip of my hear, fingers, hair brush, hair clippers, and as I mentioned earlier scissors as well too.

Also when trying to get an inch of hair from the top she was pulling my hair too hard and didn't spray water in my hair at all which should have helped with that and in this process she was pocking my eyes somehow, while also digging her nails into my skull.

This whole process lasted too long *ended at 5:00pm*and ended up not getting the haircut that I wanted, but thanks to this experience I realize that haircuts can actually hurt...

Talk about recreating a haircut from a photo. I cannot say enough about Hannah and what an amazing job she did. I’ve been reluctant to get this cut bc I did not think anyone would do it so perfect. I love it and it is identical to the pic I brought in! Thank you Hannah!

May at Champu has been leveling up my hair for over a year since I moved to Jackson and has transformed me into the most perfect “lived-in” blonde. She listens to your vision and is patient with the process. My hair was medium length, dull and damaged when I met her and is now strong, healthy, and gorgeous even WITH slowly integrating different types of extensions into my hair as I get ready for my wedding without causing any damage. In fact, my hair is even growing faster and feels comfortable with the extensions in. She has educated me so much about my hair and scalp health and also recommends the best products for your needs. Ive been in to see May about 4 times now and I can't recommend her enough. She took me to the exact chocolate brown color I wanted while keeping some dimension to it.
