I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 20 years now, and it’s hands down the best! The atmosphere is always friendly, clean, relaxing, and welcoming. They know me and all my family members by name! Buck and Helen, in particular, deserve special recognition—they’re absolutely amazing! Buck is incredibly attentive and ensures every detail is perfect, while Helen’s skill and precision always leave my pedicures looking flawless. She gives me brand new feet all the time ! Duke and Nikki are now my best friends after all these years. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and care!

Incredible service and incredible work. Since moving out of the area, I take trips back just to get my nails and toes done here. They are so accommodating, talented, and kind. Every time. They will set timers to show make sure you get every minute of massage time (and sometimes will sneak in extra for you) and check that you like the color and shape after every adjustment. Plus they make sure its up to their standard too, any small thing they don't love about their work they make sure its fixed. Highly recommend.

I tipped and paid because I was TOO SCARED by the behavior of your worker.

They are not accepting that there was an angry fit from the worker after the miscommunication. I did not ask for black I wanted the French tip to be fixed. I never complained about stains, I told the worker that the color on the base was not opaque enough. The rest of the workers were absolutely silent and stopped talking after this happened so I would love to hear what the client had to say.

I am really shocked by the treatment I received at this salon today. The worker helping me threw something at me as she had an angry fit. I’ve been going to this nail salon for years with wonderful experiences but was just stunned by the behavior of the woman helping me. The picture I’ve attached is not my nails, I left the salon with plain black nails.

I told the lady I wanted a regular pedicure in black and then she kept forcing me to get gel nails. I said no I don’t want gel, I’m not doing gel nails anymore due to the UV light and the health of my nails. She again pushed gel on me. I said no.

She asked me which pedicure I wanted and I pointed to their second tier (Luxurious Pedicure). As she took off my old nail polish, I showed her a picture of nails I have wanted for a while (French tip attached below) and asked her if this was even possible? She agreed and said of course let’s do that instead.

Once she started doing them (white tips first), she quickly realized the clear pink was not as opaque as I wanted and got very angry at me for pointing that out. She pushed to get gel nails instead on me AGAIN. FYI - I have very very strong nails and don’t need gel or like gel.

She threw a napkin or something and visibly got angry because I told her the nails she did do not look like what I wanted. I was completely silenced by her behavior. She just started wiping all the nail polish off and said “just do black, I’ll do black”. She furiously painted my nails black against my will and never spoke to me again until it was time to pay. Shame on the rest of the workers there for not intervening.

I came here on my day off and they ruined my day. I didn’t deserve to be treated that way and they charged me for it. I understand the work (not what I asked for) was already done but at least apologize and then ask for payment.

I have been here twice now and had a great experience both times! I was greeted as soon as I entered and told to pick a color, and then was quickly seated for my pedicure. I had someone working on my feet and hands at the same time but my services were not rushed at all and very well done. I thoroughly enjoyed my gel mani and pedi experience and extras they offer. They came out really cute! The women were also very friendly. A very comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend. We will be back!

It’s such a pleasure to be able to take time for these services with such a wonderful group of women that take pride in their work. Holidays and Everyday - This is the best nail salon. Bach is a true nail artist. Over a decade coming to this salon only. My “natural nails” done with gel are done to perfection. Also did I mention length and shape both as requested. They have a beautiful wall of polish colors from various top brands and their techs are great. Lynn did a Perfect Pedicure. So relaxing, wonderful massage, and so happy with results every time. Great time to treat yourself and feel pampered.
