Charlotte's sent me a gorgeous flower arrangement and delectable chocolates. I've received numerous floral bouquets and have rarely been so impressed. Ordered a few times, over the phone and via the website. Very easy and quick. The staff were extremely helpful when I spoke to them. I live hours away, so being able to have flowers delivered directly to mom's door is a treat for her. She really loves them. She says the flowers smell and look great. The Valentine's bunch was exceptionally beautiful this year.

I live about 5 hours away. I visited Charlotte's website and picked out a beautiful flower arrangement to send to my sister. They were able to deliver on Christmas Eve morning. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and they were so beautiful. I would highly recommend this florist and will definitely purchase from them in the future.

I ordered a birthday chocolate bouquet for my wife to be delivered to her work. The driver missed a part of the order (an add on) and the company quickly resolved the issue and made a second delivery. Mistakes happen, that is not a problem. The fact they quickly handled it and made it right, I won't take any stars off for that.
