I needed to replace a very small screw on a lamp. It's so small it didn't even fit into the measurement device. So I grabbed the first employee I saw, Jeff, and asked for assistance. He works in a different dept but he did his best to help. Not finding the exact fit, he got Caleb to help. Caleb was just able to eyeball it and find what I needed in seconds. And I can't complain about the price, 33 cents! But I had to get the right size screwdriver so that was another $8, okay. But my point is had I gone to Home Depot I would still be wandering around looking for where the screws were located. Thanks again to Jeff and Caleb!

Ace Hardware Cherry Creek indeed is the place and James is the man! I took my broken luggage valet to Ace where James swiftly and adeptly assessed the exact type of screws and washer it needed. He went above and beyond by fixing it! This saved dumping the valet into the landfill. Plus my sister is happy to have it back in working order. Thanks, James!

Every time I come in to Ace I hope that Joe is on his shift! Joe has helped me so much with all of my home improvement work having recently purchased a condo in the past year. Whenever I had issues that YouTube videos could not answer I would go to Ace on Holly prepared with pictures and information/measurements and Joe helped me solve pretty much everything I couldn’t handle on my own. Would highly recommend reaching out to Joe if you ever get the chance!

I ♥️ Denver’s GREAT ACE Cherry Creek Hardware store. This is my “go to” store for hardware and many other items. Edgar just expertly made copies of my keys and Byron has also made great copies of my keys in the past.

Great place and attentive associates. Someone assists you right away! The only complaint I have is the rose bushes you got this year are full of powdery mildew. Not a good product to have on the shelves.

This is a great store. It's been there for decades, and it's a ritual I look forward to when I visit this store. They have things Home Depot just doesn't have. They also have very knowledgeable people, good customer service and connect with their customers using friendliness and knowledge. They add to our community at Ace hardware.
