Good- price and a decent massage. They allow walk ins. My therapist did use some hot stones on me without me asking for the hot stone massage which was nice.
however- the bad:
I've never had a massage that they only cover you with a thin towel, and left me completely uncovered through most of the massage even when she wasn't working on that area. I was completely naked so this felt a little weird (and cold) especially since the therapist kept leaving the door cracked/open. I had a 90 min massage that went from 1:05-2:25, so not the full 90 especially when considering that she left the room about 4x to get various things (like the hot stones and the washcloth she used to cover my behind). She also set her cell phone down next to my head to try to converse (translate) at first but then it contained to buzz next to my head with I assume we're texts? Not very relaxing. She also kept my face covered with a dry towel the whole massage which made me feel a little claustrophobic and concerned about the cracked open door. When I went to pay, I left a 15% tip which felt fitting given the things I just mentioned and she actually insisted I needed to tip more. I said what? and she translated it on her phone that I needed to tip her more. I said no & walked out.
As stated the massage itself was fine, but I was cold the whole time, felt pressured to tip and there were multiple things I felt were unprofessional, like not keeping me covered, warm and the phone buzzing in my ear, plus not getting the full 90, I felt a 15% tip was fair considering I could have left nothing. Deff a interesting massage.
