I got permanent eyeliner done here and she botched me. The eyeliner is not symmetrical and looks terrible. When I tried to book an appointment for them to fix it I just got the "run around". Cashmir was driving in her car when I called and she told me to send pics. I sent pics and no one ever followed up with me so I called back. Then cashmir said the permanent makeup tech would reach out to me and she text me to make an appointment. I text her back and she never replied again. I could not get her to text me back again so I could make an appointment. I don't want to have to beg a shop to fix the mistakes they made. They seemed very unprofessional and left me super upset because now they won't even help me fix this horrendous mess they made and I'm stuck with botched eyeliner. I will never ego ther again and i do not recommend them EVER to anyone! Go somewhere else, don't come here they will botch you and never return your calls or messages. Now I have to try to find someone else who can help me.

Cashmiyr performed my combo brows, and she did a lovely job. They look absolutely stunning, and the shape is perfect. I love how quickly I can get ready in the mornings and can’t wait to see what they look like when they heal. Cashmiyr was so sweet and gentle.
