Location is aesthetically beautiful! Love the excellent product quality, stylish environment, and outstanding customer service. I was greeted the moment I walked in the store. Laura was so knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me find the perfect shade for my skin tone. What stood out the most to me was the personalized attention I received. She listened to the type of makeup style I like and recommended products that best suit me. She provided makeup application tips and demonstrated how to use the skin care products I was interested in. Her expertise made me feel confident in the items I bought.

Citrine is a wonderful place for skincare and beauty products! They specialize in lovely vegan and cruelty-free products (an absolute must for me) from top companies. Citrine has a very welcoming and friendly staff, too.

Andrea has been helping me with my extremely troublesome adult acne, recommending products and giving me samples to try. She's very kind, pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to work with! (A shout out to Lori too, as she is often there when I visit and just as nice.)

I am amazed that my skin has dramatically cleared and has become much healthier after a couple months on my new skincare regimen. It's really looking great after years of serious problems. My skin is finally glowing on its own without hiding behind pounds of make-up and concealer and keeps getting better..

After realizing that the store is within a reasonable distance to where I would be staying while visiting AZ I was intent on visiting and I had a great experience. They have a great selection of many of the well known green/clean brands for skin care, body care, and makeup and the sales associate Vanessa was fantastic! She was more than willing to help me color match a few makeup products I was interested in and was honest with her thoughts and opinions on what seemed to suit me best. I was also able to get samples of stuff I wasn't quite ready to commit to. I am a huge fan of the Follain store in my home state but would be more apt to visiting Citrine if we had one. Make a visit if you're in the area as it will be well worth your time.

She didn’t push any extra products, but asked if I had any other needs that needed to be met. Kendra’s level of knowledge about each product line was honest and thorough. I will absolutely be back!
