I like this place, I don’t feel rushed I highly recommend it. Sammy is Amazing not just her personality but she’s very caring, I like waiting for her (always busy ) is worth waiting for her 🥰🙏🏼

Worst costumer service. Been coming to this place for years since they do a great job with my eyebrows. I was just in but my 2 year old really needed to use the restroom I asked if we could use it and and they said no. I understand there's no public restroom but I am a customer. They've allowed me to use it when I've gotten facials before. They just lost a returning costumer.

This place just tried to overcharge me for threading after I was told verbally that it would be a total of $41 dollar they tried ringing me $51 instead. When I brought it up to the employee she denied giving me that price quote. She then went on to tell me I should have looked at the "wall", which is located towards the back that has a price list and that it was my responsibility to calculate my total before the service. I told her there is no need to look at any wall if I directly spoke to her and she told me the threading total would be $41 Dollars. Of course, I was upset not just because she lied to be once, but she repeatedly kept denying her claim and didn't apologize. The other employee and other patrons looked at her as she stated "oh I didn't calculate the total and gave you the wrong number" . Everyone please BEWARE if you ask how much for services and as they ring you up a different price, look at the price they are charging your card. This place is unethical !!!

As a guy I’m a bit shy to come to a place like this and get my eyebrows cleaned up. The ladies are friendly and get straight to business. They take walk-ins and it costs 13$ for their work. It only takes a few minutes and you leave feeling great about your outside appearance.

my husband & I had came together but when we left he was upset they cut the tails of his eyebrows off so we told SAMMY & she said she'll fix it the next time we came in so the next time we came in she said to wait longer because they weren't grown in yet she never clarified how long until today we went back maybe a month later & she said "you're supposed to come back 10 days after" we were just assuming to go back whenever & she'd fix them. after that we're never going back. terrible communication/service. THANKS SAMMY!

Sam is the best, she literally does my eyebrows perfect every time. Sometimes I wait a month or two before coming back because you know… (LIFE)! but she does excellent every time. Not only does she get the same perfect arch for your face, she has been here a very long time and knows what she’s doing. Request her! She also offers great conversation. I talk to her about everything! If my mom wasn’t amazing, I’d want her to be my mom! Thank you for all you do Sam🙏🏾 Bless you and your family💗

I got my brows done by kaur.Kaur is just the best at her craft. Such an amazing experience and truly life changing, if you are thinking about going to CITY EYEBROW to have your brows done ,microblade, laminate and all. 🙂
