Good people whom always treat you kindly. Don’t listen to the bs news. Spaceous enough and has a good amount of inventory. Had seen godzilla here once, but was taken down by thy and the owner.

I'm truly upset that the news would lie about a place like this.. never have I ever not been Id'ed. I've always been checked for my age even when I'm comfortable with the staff by now- but what really upsets me is the lack of coverage on how this store absolutely saved my life. I was going in one day and then suddenly a lizard came inside the building.. at first I wasn't scared until the kind man from behind the counter said "LOOK OUT!!" and I turned...then.. the lizard had transformed into Godzilla. I was lucky to be shoved out of the way by the worker.. otherwise I wouldn't be here today.. the other work took care of Godzilla with his bare fists and a buzz ball.. thank goodness for the wonderful staff and products.. I truly do love this business😞

Go here all the time when I am in the city or on the way to the beach or theme parks never have I ever seen them not ID people. ABC 8 news putting out false narratives. Super friendly staff and great prices.

Been going to this place as long as I can remember. This little store is a jewel of Richmond. The owners are a family of middle eastern brothers and they're literally the nicest and funniest folks you'll ever meet. They also love soccer, so if you feel like striking up a conversation, they LOVE Barcelona and could talk with you about the club for hours. They treat customers so well. Last night I bought an elfbar and when I got home i noticed the juice was wayyyyy gone, as in old or expired. I took it back the next morning (5 mins ago from typing this) and they happily exchanged it for another one. I can't believe I'm only just now writing a review about this place, I feel bad that I waited this long. This store and group of guys are a defining positive quality of that neighborhood and all of town. Go check them out!

This place is awesome!! The prices and selection are good and the people who work there are friendly and cool. In a world of big-box stores and chains it's rare and valuable to find a place like this with charm and a personal touch. Easy 5 stars.
