I recently had a facial at this spa, and unfortunately, it was underwhelming. The appointment was only 30 minutes long, even with add-ons, which felt very short for the price. While my esthetician was nice and the structural part of the facial was good, the extraction tool didn’t work well. I mentioned that my pores were clogged, and she suggested it might just be oil, but the tool didn’t seem to be effective at extracting and now my face is worse off than before—I’ve developed more whiteheads, and my skin feels terrible. It’s super dry and cracked which it’s never been cracked before. I noticed another review mentioning a similar issue, so I wanted to share my experience as well.

The spa itself is well-maintained and clean, which was a positive. Overall, it was an OK experience, but given the short time, high cost, and the fact that I could easily do some of the masks at home for less, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

This place is amazing. A 30 min facial? At first I thought, when I get a facial I want the experience to last forever, but I I tried the 30 minute facial and it was awesome. Brooke took such good care of me. She is a very talented aesthetician. I signed up for the subscription as I will surely be going back to this location. Also, the products they use are sublime. 👍🙌

I went for a facial with Brooke for the second time a few weeks ago and I must say that I’m so happy with my results. Brooke did an amazing job, was super professional and the pressure was ON POINT. My skin was glowing after I left and I will definitely come back to get another facial with Brooke.

I have been going monthly to Clean Your Dirty Face and it’s really helped my rosacea-prone skin handle the transition to this dry, cold weather SO much better than ever before. I barely ever need to wear makeup any more and my skin looks awesome. I’ve especially been loving my experiences with my aesthetician, Rachael—I’d highly recommend booking with her if you get a chance!

The facials and techs are great but everything else is awful. Do NOT get a membership by any means. The online system and how they manage it is awful. You can't book ahead and they make it very difficult to cancel your membership. They charged my card after I canceled my account.

The long story: You can never book for when you want your monthly facial because the system only lets you book after a month has passed since your last one. So you always have to call to schedule if you want to schedule ahead for the next month. Randomly my account was canceled one month when I didn't cancel it.. Then the next month my card was suddenly charged again (after they told me over the phone the records show I canceled my account). I let it slide because I wanted to try with them again, but with all the booking issues I did end up officially canceling after my last facial. The person at the front desk said she had to ask upper management to cancel it manually and they would take care of it. She blatantly lied to me because it was never canceled or 'taken care of' and my card was charged the next month. I will need to get a new credit card so my card info is out of their system and not randomly charged at sporadic times. Such a bummer because I wanted a regular facial and enjoyed it, but I don't trust them or the system they are using. It's unfortunate because the technicians and customers deserve better.
