Terrible customer service and horrible staffs. We went there on Tuesdays when to shop pretty empty, only couple customers. Theresa the staff there looked down on my mom and discriminated my mom like poor and wouldn't have money to pay. She didn't bother to help but keep looking at her phone. We asked for size 7 and 1/2 but she told us a display shoes is 7, just try it. She's talking barely look at us. I already got upset when she didn't treat my mom right. My mom dressed not classy but she has her right and deserves to treat right like everyone. We pay for the what we want we didn't ask for free.

We went to pay for the shoes, the price went up from $89 to $99. I told the cashier and Theresa to check, they both said $99 and Theresa barely look at the sign of the price mark on the shelf but confirmed it was $99. I pointed to the price $89 but they still said price is $99 and said in the system was $99.
This is the trick when they put on the shelves lowered price then when go to pay the price is higher and they would act we are cheap if don't buy. We ended up didn't buy because this is not ethical.

I hope CEO or someone up high can see this and stop this or business won't last.

Horribly trained staff. I went in the middle of the day on a Thursday, there was maybe one other customer in the store, to pick up an online order. The lady behind the counter kept rushing me to sign that I had picked it up despite the fact that she saw me browsing for other items AND I asked for a few minutes to inspect the bag I was picking up. Then, when I asked to also purchase a pair of sunglasses I had selected from their, she told me to go ask another worker for them and pointed me to where the other employee was standing. The other employee acted like I was bothering her when I asked for "not the display pair". Then when we returned to the counter, the glasses were ringing up to $99 when they sign said $89. They said sorry the sign was a mistake and we're surprised that I didn't like that. I ended up just walking out of the store instead of fighting with them and demanding a manager honor the sign like they are supposed too. I know it's an outlet and not a luxury brand but this is basic customer service. We need to stop settling for less. Anyway, the moral of the story is shop online and have it shipped to you. Or drive to another location.

One of the busiest store in Great mall
With some great collection as well. You just can’t beat the prices. Customer service is up-to the mark. Staff will come and ask you if you need any kind of help with the pricing or any product information. Every week you get to see new inventory. At times they have 70% off plus further 20% discount on some of their tote bags, slings, wallets and laptop bags. Recently they have put Disney collection ( Flying Jumbo Wallets), bit pricey though.

The representative assisting me seemed unfamiliar with the checkout procedure, and it took the involvement of three different staff members to try and complete the transaction. Despite their efforts, the checkout took so long that I ended up spending more time at the register than I did shopping in the store. In the end, I was so frustrated by the delay that I had to abandon the process.

Not a fan of the brand but some relatives asked If i could buy them some.

Variety of styles, have men's clothing as well.

I came into the Coach outlet Milpitas location today to make a return till I had more time to come by and make a purchase . The manager Cristal was very rude (she thinks she owns the Coach Company; she forgot she is an employee for Coach … lol ) she said without a purchase receipt she can’t do exchanges , and or store credits as I requested . Open your own Coach Store Cristal
