Been going here for over a year now. I love my stylist. But the salon owners recently changed their policy concerning bringing my young child to my appointment. I understand that many salons don’t allow children, but I am disappointed that they changed policies after I felt like I finally had a place to go. I now have to find another salon that I can visit during the day.

I've received facials and back waxing services from her, and she is top-notch. Marissa's in-depth skin analysis and discussion of treatment options left me feeling confident in the best course of action for my skin. I walked in about a week ago to check out the salon, when I walked in there were 3 stylists with clients, while I stood at the front desk waiting to inquire about their services I was literally ignored for over 5 minutes, I understand they were with a client however they could have at least acknowledged me, I didn’t get a “hello”, “ we’ll be with you soon” or some kind of acknowledgment, I know all 3 could see me standing there, finally one did step away from her client and asked if I had an appointment. If this is how they treat potential clients I’ll pass, if one of the 3 was the owner, shame on her, and if the owner wasn’t there he or she needs to get their stylist to improve their customer service skills. I’ve decided not to give them my business and found a more comfortable and friendly salon that greeted me immediately when I walked in.

BEST salon in Santa Maria! Love coming here. The salon is super spacious, decorated really well, and most importantly everyone is so nice here!!! I love Bambi and Kelly!!! They are so talented, and you can tell they love their clients. Such a treat coming here to get my hair colored and cut every few months. Thank you ladies! Highly recommend!

This salon is beautiful, clean, and luxurious! Probably the best lux salon I’ve seen between Orcutt and San Luis Obispo. The service is great! I went to see Bambie and she is one of the owners and she’s such a beautiful soul and person. She also gives a killer cut, and fast. Thank you for a great haircut experience!
