Such a great experience! Working with Dustin and Parker at the showroom went better than expected. Their limitless knowledge of all their hot tub lines they carry along with their focus on listening to our needs of what we were looking for in a hot tub was beyond what we were anticipating. They have continuously followed up throughout the install to getting set up to make sure we we’re satisfied every step of the way. The installers Ray and Chase were extremely professional and got the hot tub placed in the exact location (to the inch) that we wanted. We will be using Colorado Custom Spas for all our hot tub need going forward and couldn’t recommend them enough.

They were able to help us quickly become comfortable enough to decide on a purchase after our visit!
We really enjoyed their end-to-end service: recommending reliable electricians, providing a super efficient delivery crew, and patiently explaining how to operate the hot tub and maintain the water chemistry, in addition to providing everything we could need in their store ranging from chemicals to accessories and more.
Overall, we feel we have received excellent service from an organization that takes pride in its professionalism and flexibility.

If you are thinking about a hot tub this is the only place to go. We were previous owners of a spa years ago and always wanted another but we were really space constrained on our current property. We found a perfect bullfrog model and got exceptional advice from Dustin, who convinced us to go ahead with the purchase. We couldn't be happier and from the moment of our first soak we regretted not doing it sooner. Dustin was always available to answer our questions as we developed a site plan, he walked us through his recommended options and was there after delivery when we had some start up concerns. He also referred us to an excellent electrician (RD Energy) who gave us a significantly lower price estimate than two other quotes we got. Don't wait!

My husband and I recently bought a Bullfrog spa (absolutely love it). Such good customer service from everyone. We worked with Paulo so shout out to him. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Followed up several times to make sure things were going good. Also, they don’t get annoyed when I call with literally any questions. They did great with installation, we hit a couple snags and the team worked it out and even came back to make sure. Went above and beyond with even little things, we totally forgot to uh pick up the dog droppings in the yard which was embarrassing. The crew didn’t say a word and cleaned up the area and everything. I’ll always be a customer here and definitely recommend if you’re looking for full spa knowledge and professional treatment.

Edit: 7 months later we are still getting the same stellar service. I still feel comfortable to call with any questions. When I do, I always get help and feel like the staff are very honest and don’t just try to get me to buy extra stuff. We’re still very happy, and the spa itself is still amazing and still getting compliments friends. The quality of our spa is now obvious to us and everything they said to expect has been correct. The team has been more than happy to continue to help us along the way!

Scott, Jesus and Adam delivered our hot tub today. They showed up on time, got it in place and walked us through the orientation. Harmony Electric installed a new disconnect and hooked up power right away. Great experience!

My husband and I purchase a Bullfrog Hot Tub from Colorado Custom Spa in 2015. We value the design and comfort of the Bullfrog and I am in the tub at least once/day, year round.

This year, the tub developed a slow leak, after we drained it. Jennifer and Evan at Colo Custom Spas patiently worked to figure out the leak and get us soaking again.
