I have been a loyal patient for years, but after my most recent experience, I will no longer be returning. I arrived 1 minute late after my check-in time after driving 30 minutes in traffic. Unfortunately, they refused to see me and made me reschedule. I understand the importance of being on time, and I know this is a large practice, so losing one patient won’t make a difference to them. But after a long day of work, this experience completely ruined my evening, and that’s what I will remember most.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, I’ve often felt more like an object than a patient in previous appointments, and I’ve personally waited much longer than 1 minute to be seen. If they are going to enforce such a strict policy, they should extend the same level of respect and consideration to their patients. A little flexibility and understanding can go a long way, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel that here.

My family member underwent laser hair removal with the promise of permanent results, with only minor touch-ups expected 1 to 1.5 years after completing six treatments. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely false. After spending $3k and completing six treatments, the results were far from what we were promised. When we reached out for follow-up meetings to discuss the discrepancy, we were completely ignored.

I strongly advise seeking treatment elsewhere for any dermatological needs.

Liked Josh who is a PA here. . He was always very nice and helpful. Office staff is a not 100% customer friendly. They will be very forceful on the phone about if you aren’t there 15 minutes before your appointment they will cancel and charge you. But it’s ok if they are late in seeing you. Because I thought Josh was great I sent a couple of people there and they both weren’t impressed with the office staff. I tried to call the office manager to let them know why I’m not coming back here but never could get out through to their voice mail.

I cannot recommend this place. The bedside manner from Dr. Anderson is far from professional or comforting. Our surgery encounter was extremely unprofessional from Dr Anderson and his helper with conversation between them that should have waited till the patient has left the room. The over the phone customer service from their billing department is extremely rude and unwilling to help you. They require a $500 payment for surgeries before your appointment even if you have met your deductible. Reassuring you they will refund anything extra after they have had your funds for 3-4weeks.

Im pregnant & have an 8 month old. I was running behind so I called to let them know. After being transferred to 3 people they immediately charged me a $75 late fee. Dr. Josh was really awesome though

I have had great experiences with Dr Anderson, Dr Elmer and Haley. I have also had to talk to the billing department who has been prompt in responses and did exactly what they said they would. Shannon in pathology also was able to get me a quicker appt which was very helpful. I found the office staff to be friendly and welcoming.

I cannot recommend this practice. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human on the phone. When you do the people are not friendly, but very curt. I have to say, PA Josh is friendly, but I believe we will be finding a new dermatologist.

I initially scheduled an appointment at their south location. I drove an hour in extremely bad traffic and weather to get to the appointment. The receptionist was very friendly upon checkin. After waiting for 10 minutes past my appointment start time, they notified me the provider was running 30-45 minutes behind. I had another appointment to make and could not stay, so I rescheduled. No big deal, I understand things happen.

My rescheduled appointment was at their north location, which I scheduled through their online portal myself. Upon arrival for my 4:00 pm appointment, Eboni, their account specialist, said I was scheduled with a provider that does not accept my insurance, and that they would not be able to get me in today. She stated they wished they’d caught it sooner. While I understand I made the appointment with the provider myself and it was over the weekend when I scheduled, 1) why allow patients to self-schedule in this manner if there is no safety net to catch mistakes like this, and 2) my appointment was at the end of the business day, which seems there would’ve been time to catch this and notify me before driving all the way to the appointment.

I wasn’t going to even leave a review until I respectfully told Eboni that I was going to be seen elsewhere instead of rescheduling since this was the second time an inconvenience had occurred. She very rudely rolled her eyes at me and said “well, it’s not really our fault the provider YOU scheduled with doesn’t accept your insurance.“

I cannot speak for the providers themselves, but I do not recommend this facility due to repeat inconveniences with scheduling, and the rude response I received from Eboni.
