We came out to ski the Aspen area and enjoyed this property very much!|The hotel fit our needs for convenient and affordable lodging to be able to see family in Glenwood Springs and to access the 4 Aspen Ski Mountains.|All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! |Our request to be on the 1st floor so we didn’t have to climb a flight of stairs and to have a view of the lower ridge and river were honored. This side does face the highway but with the low fan running on the HVAC unit in the room, the highway noise did not impact our sleep or enjoyment of the room.|Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully updated.|We utilized the hot tub every night we could and it was always nice and hot, clean, and there were plenty of towels.|The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food (hot and cold) and the lady who is in charge does an excellent job and is very personable.|Just a heads up that they are doing some renovations so some hallways may be taped off and there may be some construction noise during the day. It did not impact our stay other than we had to walk outside to reach the lobby area and the laundry facilities were not available the week we were there. |It was winter and snowy but the property did have nice outdoor sitting areas and had bikes you could use to ride on the local trail and the cute downtown area isn’t too far away.|We will happily stay here again the next time we need lodging in this area!

Has got to be one of the worst customer service ever have stayed at the valley. You're better off next door at the Days Inn, or at the Best Western in Glenwood Springs or Ramada Inn. Terrible customer service. Also the most overly relaxed, non urgent staff that doesn't care whether you are happy or not. We stayed on a business trip and the front desk girl was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Won't be staying here again. Try the Days Inn next door, its an older place but the staff is way better. Respectfully.

This hotel is welcoming, beautiful, and has such friendly staff! The GM Jeremy was super helpful in helping us out in a pinch when we needed last minute accommodations. Shaniya's customer service is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this property if you're visiting the Roaring Fork Valley.

I work for United Companies and Wednesday in Carbondale we generally make our reservations with the comfort Inn Carbondale. This day my company only booked for three days instead of four which was their mistake however, instead of the comfort in Carbondale contacting me at checkout and asking what was going on, they packed up all my stuff throughout everything I had in the mini fridge and that was that.. upon returning to the hotel at 3:30. I realized my card was not working.. I went to the front desk to inquire what the problem was and I was informed that my reservation was only made through Wednesday, December 10. I immediately contacted my company and they corrected this error. However, in the meantime, the hotel had thrown all my belongings, two bags and everything I had in the mini fridge away. Had they contacted me at 11 o’clock which is checkout I would have either been able to come to the hotel and secure my items or explain to them. I was staying through Thursday and get the problem resolved through my company.. when I arrived Jill at the front desk was the only one that was helpful, the manager and assistant manager were both on duty and explain to me that they had left me a message regarding my stay. I checked my personal phone and the message was left at 3:06 PM and all it said was that I had left a few items in the room. I had left my suitcase all my clothes, my make up curling iron, and everything that was in the mini fridge. I hardly call that a few items and had they contacted me at checkout. I would’ve been able to get the problem resolved. After I arrived at the hotel, they did find me a room and charge it to my company, but nothing else was said.. I went to my room and I contacted the front desk about everything in the fridge that was disposed of, jill was the only one to offer to replace anything that I had lost. Both the manager and the assistant manager were on duty and they sent Jill with a broken neck to replace only two Pepsi‘s that I had lost with no regard to anything else that was in the refrigerator. After this experience, I will never again stay at the comfort Inn I think that their manager and their assistant manager are cowardly for making their front desk clerk come up and deal with me, especially with a broken neck! From here forward, I with my company will never again stay with the comfort Inn Carbondale if I have a say, I would rather drive from Glenwood and I would suggest anybody else do the same. Just in case this review gets taken down. I will also be posting it on all my social media platforms! And again I wanna offer an applause and my great gratitude to jill for doing everything that was not her job, especially while she was injured……and I believe Jill deserves a raise for having to do there job!

Something was beeping all night long extremely annoying. Plus for being pet friendly, however pet stations were out of poopie bags. Pillows were super lumpy and not comfy and lack of warm blankets was annoying. The few staff I interacted with seemed friendly.

Nice hotel. Clean. Great breakfast. Noting much to walk to in terms of eating out. Handy for Aspen skiing. Only issue we had was with pre-authorisation using a debit card. Why is this needed when we are paying for our stay upfront? When will the $30 be returned? Please reply to my emails!
