I had visited another urgent care 4 days before and was progressively getting worse. I reluctantly agreed to come here and get a second opinion but I am so glad I did. This was easily the most easy urgent care experience I have ever had. The staff was kind and compassionate and it seemed like they genuinely cared instead of just being a box to check off and get in and out. The wait time was minimal and I was in and out within an hour and had several tests done. I actually felt like a real person and will only come back here!

Great experience! The lady that checked my blood pressure & oxygen level before I saw the doctor & she also gave me the shots after seeing the doctor was so friendly and attentive. Best urgent care I’ve been too in quite some time! Definitely recommend

I have never done a google review on anything until now. It took forever just to get signed in even though I was the only person in the building. I clearly wrote down the correct pharmacy I have used my whole life to send the medication I needed and they didn’t send it to the correct pharmacy until 24 hours later and when I called -multiple times they didn’t even know which pharmacy they sent it to. It was ridiculous.

Our visit was outstanding! From first walking in and talking with the lady at thr front (who had a smile that lit up the room.) Every single soul that was there was kind, listened, were very understanding, and very professional. Outstanding. Best Healthcare I've had in Cullman, hands down.

I took my husband from work to this office as he was suffering from a very bad migraine to the point of wanting to lay in the floor. The nurse I guess is what I wouldn’t call her was very disrespectful to him just down right hateful as to treatment and the way she talked to my husband. The receptionist and the head nurse was very nice but one bad apple spoils the whole place and I told the receptionist on the way out that she was very disrespectful and will never go to this place again.

I really appreciate this urgent care! My toddler came in last week with cold symptoms and a fever but tested negative for everything. The NP / doctor wasn’t quite satisfied and decided to run a 24 hour panel in which it came back with him testing positive for haemophilus influenzae. Upon receiving those results both the NP and Doctor spoke to me on the phone for 10+ minutes telling me all about this condition and advised me to also do my own research. I am so thankful they decided to run the panel, and didn’t just send us home and say it was “just a cold” like so many urgent cares do when it comes to a toddler. If not treated promptly and properly, this could have been devastating for my family. Thank you Complete Health - Cullman Urgent Care! My family appreciates you!

Did not have to wait but a few minutes. Ashley Drake was so professional an nice. I would definitely recommend her to anyone an would not hesitate to use her again. An the nurse was so nice an made my visit better.

Was able to see the Doctor within 20 minutes. Waiting for all my tests to come back before diagnosing me the next morning. I appreciate them going the extra mile and make sure they got it right.
