The lady worker with the black hair ignored over 20 customers for over 30 minutes. I tried to repurchase my entire makeup collection , but she could not be bothered to help anyone out. Dissatisfied as this is the only Cos Bar location to e ignore customers.

I just took my newly engaged fiancée here. We were not asked if we needed help when we walked in. Multiple other couples and groups were that walked in after us. I then kindly asked if we could be helped and then she said she’d be right there. She never came over so I put the stuff back we picked out. I waited until she had checked everyone out or watched them leave before telling her I just proposed and was trying to sneak some goodies in without my fiancée seeing. She then scoffed at the fact that we were on vacation and called me rude for clarifying. I then asked if she was the owner and she said yes. I am glad I did not patron her. She had no help and it is visibly clear why. EDIT I see that the last review was the same thing. Do Not Shop here if you have an expectations of quality service. Crazy to ask for in a resort town, I know

I would highly recommend Shannon for a full makeup appointment. I was in Vail for a wedding, as a guest, and Shannon gave me the look I was wanting! She was so warm and knowledgable, and recommended the best products for me! I received many compliments on my makeup at the wedding. When I am in Vail again, I will definitely return to see Shannon.

The best service and so friendly. They have a curated/well edited selection of high end cosmetics, perfume, and beauty supplies. I was BLOWN AWAY by the samples they gave me. Offered chocolates, water, and other refreshments. They even beautifully gift wrapped my perfume. I wish I could give this store 10 stars. I will make it a point to shop there every time I’m in Vail.

I was in Vail and had a situation where my hotel lost my luggage. I had a rehearsal dinner that evening and had absolutely no makeup.

I found Cos Bar on a whim and I’m so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, Stephanie greeted me and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. For each item I needed (I.e., foundation, lipstick, bronzer), she gave me several options which made picking fun and easy. I was flustered and had been crying, and she was so sweet and understanding of my situation. I picked out some false lashes that she even put on me before I left on my way! The whole experience with Stephanie truly turned my day around.

I wish there were a Cos Bar closer to me because I’d definitely be a frequent visitor. Thank you Stephanie for your help and hospitality!
