Honestly, I’ve came here a handful of times already all the supplies are affordable. They have tons of varieties of different stuff so that way people are not just overpaying for stuff . There’s A younger lady who is super nice and there’s also an older guy. He’s super nice as well. He seen me and my fiancé come in a hand full of times sometimes when he ask if we need help, he tends to stay around on our hip even though he’s seen us pay for our stuff plenty of times or tries to give me a and like a little number tag so that way I can get my stuff when I get to the front😂😂 I mean it’s alil uncomfortable but I jus look it like I gotta get the stuff I came for either way 😂

This place was disgusting. They had product all over the place...boxes all over the floor making it very difficult to get around. Then when trying to get monomer they only carried one brand that looked cheap but was priced expensively Everything in the store was WAY overpriced. When we went to check out we were informed that they had a $10 sale limit. They lost a customer sale and never to return as they should make a sale no matter how small. Customer service is not part of their vocabulary. I will NEVER go back. You should not go either unless you like RUDE.

HE SOLD ME DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND REFUSED TO RETURN IT!
I bought a foot scrub and left the store. When I got to the salon I opened it and the product was not pomegranate raspberry and it changed color. I called the store and immediately returned to the store 15 minutes later. The owner had the audacity to tell me I didn't buy the scrub there as I stood there with my receipt in hand. I explained the contents were faulty. He refused to investigate it, smell it or try to see what might have happened. Instead he insisted I tampered with his product and refused to return it.
I CALLED THE PRODUCT COMPANY DIRECTLY and guess what? They confirmed the product was bottled incorrectly and that it changes color in sunlight!!!! I call Cosmo to explain my findings and told him he should apologize for accusing me of lying and tampering with his product. He hung up on me and refused to give me his email so I could forward the email from the company confirming the product was faulty. He is EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. My school, my students, my salons and my fellow nail techs have all decided to ban this store. He acted in a disgusting way and even though I prefer to shop local I will no longer go there. I am owed an apology. He has lost so much business over a $20 tub of foot scrub. It's a shame.

Is there a Zero star option? No customer "service". The only person doing anything was the older guy and he couldn't even finish working with one customer for helping another.

I drive from Wyoming to get supplies for my salon. They are always super helpful and friendly. The new location is so nice and open. So happy they were able to get a bigger space with better lighting!! Thank you for always having good products, prices and customer service!! The store is beautiful. See you again soon!
