One of the worst dry cleaners across America ! They’ve never been able to get a stain, avoid them at all cost. Better Dry Cleaners in Aspen if you are a pilot or work in a professional industry

I have a small business and rely heavily on the perfect condition of my linens. I don't have a lot of choices in the area but I have tried both and this is by far the better choice. Value for money, quality of pressing, ready on time. If you have a special stain and point it out to them at the time of drop off they will work extra hard to remove the stain. I know I can rely on Crystal Cleaners every time.

It was a Saturday morning about 9:30 am the day of my son’s wedding when my wife had a mishap with the cloth’s steamer on her dress, she was to wear for the wedding that was three hours away. You can imagine how things at my house went from that point… I googled dry cleaners in Carbondale and Crystal Resort Cleaners came up first. I called them and got the owner Richard on the phone. I briefly told him what I needed, and he said he only had a small weekend crew on staff and couldn’t do a one-hour cleaning. I went more into detail of the situation and shared with him it was my son’s wedding etc. Richard the owner said bring it in so he could look at it. I brought it in, and this guy was so cool to me. He took my wife’s dress, stopped what he was doing and spent the next hour working on my wife’s fancy dress by hand with dry-cleaning wand. Pretty cool right, well then when I asked what I owed him, he wouldn’t take payment of any kind and told me it was a wedding gift to my son. I was speechless and that doesn’t happen very often. I could not recommend a business more highly than I do this one and thank you again for saving the day for us. Your our new dry-cleaner when we are at the mountain house.

I went in for a stain on my dress to ask if they could get it out. It was honestly a hard one they said and were straight forward with telling me that it may not come out. They told me some home remedies to try and that if it doesn't come out, at least it would be clean (it is on the inside, not the noticeable outside. ) very knowledgeable!

What a wonderful company and wonderful owners. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They went above and beyond especially on the delivery front, I will do all of my dry cleaning here from now on.

Have used their services for several years. They now charge $9 to launder and press a shirt. They have just crossed the line where I will do it myself and take dry cleaning elsewhere….

$7.50 to have one pair of slacks dry cleaned and they do not even make a crease. I know its expensive in the mountains, but this is a big rip off!
