Received an order of a combination of wax melts and candles. All items smell just as described- if not better! My favorite it the Strawberry Pretzel. It smells just like the dessert and when lit, covers a large area.

Shipping was done very well. Shipped with ice packs and lots of bubble wrap. Also shipped very quickly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything I’ve ever gotten from them. ❤️ they are amazing people and I have loved watching them grow their business over the years. I change my wax warmers every couple days but the smell will last for over a week! I tend to hoard it as well🤣

Update: Owner says she indeed owned up to the mistake. Uh, no. Over a month later, and only after my review did I get a $3.99 refund. It was not sent weeks ago like she said it would be. I’ve also not received the free item I was entitled to with my order, so with that being said, her “owning up” is a load of crap. Again, owner is dishonest.

Updated review: A month later, and I never received the credit or coupon. So essentially, I was ripped off. The credit was for a substitute I needed to make because they couldn’t make the candle I originally ordered due to not having the fragrance in stock. It was a pricing difference. Thank God I didn’t just opt for a full refund and not a substitute, which was my other option, because I would’ve been screwed out of more money. Owner is dishonest!

This time I’m not deleting my review, no matter what the owner says in response. I’ve waited 2 WEEKS for a partial refund that the owner has claimed she sent, which I now believe is a lie. I’ve also waited for a supposed coupon for the free item I was entitled to, and haven’t received it. In all fairness, the free item should have been mailed to me. The owner acts like I’m being unreasonable when THEY are the problem. I’ve done nothing wrong but give them two good orders, and expect the mistakes to be corrected as promised. They weren’t huge issues until I saw how they were being handled. Sure, I agreed to the coupon but that was because I was sick of going back and forth, when it was obvious the owner has a serious communication problem, and can’t own up and correct their mistakes. Not a good way to treat repeat customers, which I no longer will be. Not a good image either.

The product is fantastic, owner and customer service, however, is another story. Never again…

My daughters and I love CSC candle bakery. I use the wax melts religiously. Even when I am at work, people say I “smell like my house” 😂. I take it as a compliment because my house always smells great! Scents are strong and long lasting. My daughters are obsessed with the candles. Not only are they beautiful but also smell amazing. It is becoming a tradition to make Saturday morning runs to CSC candle bakery. The environment in the store is fun and we always enjoy smelling new scents.
I find the comments on other reviews about no customer service to be shocking. We are always greeted with a smile and a welcome , regardless of who is working at the bakery. I have watched the business grow and grow because the owners are constantly hustling to make the business better, so it’s hard to believe they would be ok with subpar customer service. It has never been an issue for us in any capacity.
If you love scents, beautiful and unique hand crafted designs and an inviting shopping experience, CSC is the place for you! ❤️🧁

As a candle lover these candles are very well worth it. Very good quality wax & amazing scents that make your house smell amazing. We recently got a fruity loops candle & it has an immaculate smell. If you or anyone is looking for a candle that not only looks good but smells good then please come & see them. You will not regret it one bit!!!

The most addictive product I’ve ever been exposed to! I can’t go into the shop and come out empty-handed. From the moment you step out of your car, you can smell the mouth-watering aroma coming from inside the shop. Top quality for a reasonable price. And you can’t be the friendly, welcoming service!
