Appointment was for anytime between 9 and 430. No phone call until after 5 PM. The explanation was they were very busy all day. Would have been happy to reschedule appointment had they just called. Very frustrating

Terrible company and very hard to deal with. I had a 2 yr old drinking water system replaced by Bates out of Newcastle. Extremely happy that I never have to deal with company ever again. I recommend Bates Water in Newcastle.

The original Culligan was great. New company, shoddy plumbers, left system leaking after filter replacement with leak detector too high to catch the leak so no alarm. Leaked persisted for days before we had it all over the kitchen floor. Then they charged more than twice the previous filter change. We will find a new company!

I had a limited time frame with which to schedule my initial appointment since my husband and I were only going to be in town for a few days. We were very grateful that we were accommodated, especially during these difficult times. The sales person was very thorough in his explanation of options. The installation service was within a week of acceptance of the estimate since they had my system in stock. The water provided for our home is very hard and I could not even wash one load without a film being left on the dishes. So we are happy to have our new filtration system and happy that service was quick.

Culligan responded to my request to hook up my new RO faucet and change my filters very quickly. The representative that visited the house had a very “can do” attitude although he needed to make some adjustments to the standard install. I’m signing up for their annual service so my system will be worry-free.
