I just recently changed primary care doctors. I chose Dr. Katherine Vintson at CIM. She was wonderful! She not only gave me a thorough check up, but she also made sure to get to know me as a person, not just another patient on her schedule. Her nurse, Jace was very sweet and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Vintson if you are looking for a primary care physician. Also, the CIM lab is very professional and does a wonderful job with blood draws! I highly recommend Cullman Internal Medicine.

I’ve seen Dr. Hoskyns a few times now and he’s great! He listens to all my issues and concerns. He answers all my questions. I’m usually in and out of there in an hour or less. The rest of the staff I’ve encountered have also all be nice and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I saw her twice, and told her about my legs, which have lymphoedema and two very bad knees. Also, about my disease. She was an air head, in my opinion. She totally dismissed my legs, as did another doctor. She insisted she could get me on weight loss shots, regardless of my insurance. I kept telling her no, that my insurance wouldn't pay for them, but she insisted she knew what she was doing. My next visit she said she could not get me the shots. DUUHHHH. A few days later I called and asked if she could write a note so I could get assistance, but refused. I'm from another state, and compared to that, this area has a lot of Band-Aid doctors. I wouldn't trust some doctor's in this area. They get paid for doing/knowing what

I called ahead before I went and ask did Dr. Kristy Keiffer take walk ins and I was told yes!! So I go there on 3rd floor and they sent me to 4th floor and they sent me to 2nd floor and then they sent me back to 3rd floor!!! I have had a bad day with my breathing and no one would see me!! I just don’t understand why!! They said that they don’t take walk ins unless you have a primary Doctor there!! Dr. Keiffer is my breathing doctor and my sleep doctor. I’m sure if they would have called her she would have seen me. If Dr. Keiffer wasn’t such a good Doctor who has helped me so much I would never go back to Cullman again!! Not a happy camper 😢

Lori really takes her time with me at every visit. She is very knowledgeable, empathetic and concerned about my well being. She was willing to do whatever needed to help me during a recent illness. My NP is better than your NP! SE is always caring and knowledgeable. As I've had concerns, she hears them and takes me through her thought process and we talks about options and she gives me choices with recommendations.

I am very happy with my visit to Cullman Internal Medicine! They quickly took me to a room so that when Charles Thornton, the nurse practioner came in, we had plenty of time to discuss my case. He was thorough and kind, answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice, especially if he is any representative of the rest of the staff.
