I am Judy Cleveland and have been having procedures at your facility multiple times and have always been treated with the upmost care and professional ways, on January 17 2025 I wanted to commend Natalie and Jennifer who were the two among others of course, but they were just great. Thank you for this, Natalie and Jennifer.

I don't recommend this place. The worst pain management I've ever dealt with in 3 states.

So, issue was worked out. But I guess the poor staff lady that got butthurt over me not paying for their mistake or the fact their texts are incorrect and having x days with insurance to schedule rides. Tried to charge me no show fee. Got it handled being misunderstanding all around. After the initial review. Was given the text yesterday. Today it's canceled because of original review. But, they couldn't call back as they claimed they would. Obviously, it wasn't a misunderstanding. They are that unprofessional.

Charged me $257 I paid my $50 copay to even speak to the doctor. Sat in waiting room for 4hrs missing work even WITH an appoinment. DIDNT DO XRAYS - TOLD me to go to my primary and get those really- thats more copay and time. I talked with doctor (not naming names) for 10 minutes and 5min. of that was him stroking his own ego, talking about how he works outand noone ever guesses his age (like I cared). DO NOT GO HERE. While Cullman Is growing - the doctors & hospital care in Cullman is still stagnant and overpriced. You could get more out of a teledoc appointments. EVeryone knows if you in bad shape dont go to Cullman. Well it s getting bad when ypu cant even use them for the occasional life happens primary care either. BTW they keep sending me a $ 95 bill saying I still owe for services rendered. I feel like after missing work and listening to the so called doc talk on and on, I should send them my own invoice.

I am giving a 3 STAR today because I have been reading the reviews and to be honest they kinda scare me. I will also be updating as well after my appointment with them to fix or to complete my review. I have always said a GOOD DR WILL LISTEN TO his PATIENTS. ( because not that we know more then them or better then them .... )
BUTTTTTTR====== = WE (PATIENTS) live in our bodies, use, our body. Feel our bodies day in day out we know what works , was hasn't, what doesnt... if (IF) they would take the time to hear us out for once maybe the (WHOLE MEDICINE) Situation's for everyone even the ( DR'S) would get better.
Not only Dr's at fault but maybe if us patients would be more kinder, ans understanding, and polite to the NP, and Dr as well maybe there wouldn't be so much Controversy towards one another for judging each other in the first place. MEDICINE alone would get better for EVERYONE IN THE WORLD for people like me and so many others that I just read about on this site ( . Sad 😔 )
I pray that when I go in for this appointment that none of this stuff I've have read is true. But stay toned I will be posting an update. Hope everyone stays blessed and gets blessed everyday with Love S.S.C ❤️

The staff is rude they make fun of patients very loudly where people in the waiting room can hear them they treat patients like they own them.
Dr is ok but their rules should be for everyone including their staff. I will not recommend them to a worm let along a person. I will be complaining to the medical board an my insurance . They should be shut down I’ve never been in a dr office with this many night mares. An they dismiss you for the smallest things. They are horrible people.

Was raised on a ranch in Montana, I believe we treated our cattle with more respect and compassion than this place. They run you through like cattle, they don’t give a Sh—- about you, if you think they are going to listen to you about how you’re feeling you better think again.I think that they are the Rudest people that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

I love Dr Tubbs he is a great doctor!!! His NP is also great!! He has a new NP and she is awful she is hateful she don’t listen it’s her way or no way. She cut my pain meds from 100 to 90 and the next appointment she cut from 90 to 75. I was under the impression pain management was to control pain. I have been to every appointment and never failed a drug test. This new NP is awful and hateful. I’m at the point of looking for new pain management.

My Mom has been a patient of Dr. Tubbs for many years due to numerous back surgeries and joint replacements.
My Family and I were concerned about her health due to years of taking Hydrocodone and suggested that she see a Specialist at UAB. The Dr. there recommend that she try an Epidural to lessen the use of it as to which she did.
The month after having the Epidural..she returned to Dr. Tubbs and he immediately chastised her for undermining his credibility and for " going above his head" with this.
He took her off of Hydrocodone and placed her on Suboxone.
After two ER visits with hospital stays at each one...she returned to his office and saw the NP.
She explained that she was very afraid of the effects of Suboxone and asked that she be given something else.
The NP stated that they wouldn't be giving an alternative and dismissed her as a Patient.
Her BP was critically low at the office and no one there suggested that she stay and call someone to come and get her and instead allowed her to leave.
She called me and said that she was feeling so bad and couldn't drive and that me and my Dad needed to come get her...she was pulled over on the side of the road.
She stated that she had fell in the parking lot of the Clinic and was very sore.
She's in CCU at CRMC and each Dr . that we spoke to was very critical of Dr. Tubbs for giving her the Suboxane at her age of 79 years old and that should have never happened after he was advised of the ER visits due to it and with her telling them about the side effects that she had from taking it.
I will never forgive or forget the damage and side effects that she had bcuz of it nor will I ever forgive him for being so careless and unscientious of my Mom's health.
My name is Cindy Gibbs and my Mother is Betty Nail.
